The team at the Neighborhood at Tellico Village is so helpful and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the outdoor space is very nice. The apartments are very spacious and updated. They also have so many different activities.

Fieldstone feels like home we will be moving in in the summer. It smelled fresh and clean. We ran into lots of friends and family member from the past. We had lunch which was lovely and meet the chef.

The staff at Morningside are nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of. They are good at keeping me informed of any issues with my mom. My mom seams to be content with the facility.

They try very hard for us to be a family. It’s very comfortable here. I have found a place here for myself. The activities are wonderful and they try very hard to do what we would like done. And in comparison to other places the dinning experience is fine dinning.

I feel very safe and cared for. Im cared about and very happy. I’m well fed. I feel loved and particularly by the guy with the beard. [name removed] the maintenance man. I enjoy the community of friends I have met and the staff.

Its a fantastic place with an abundance of things to do. My has been very happy since being there. She loves the food and is always busy with her new friends. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a great place for their loved ones.

This community is a wonderful choice for your family member. They have great food their chef has been with them 24 years! Their activities calendar is full of great things to do! They also take their residents grocery shopping once a week. I highly recommend.

The food is outstanding! And all the people are really really nice. Nursing are very caring. I really like that the maintenance guys are so helpful and nice as well. I’m love being here and enjoy everyone.

Morning Side of Springfield has been a good place for my dad stay due to his health and has given his family a great level of comfort knowing there are capable staff here to check on him on a daily basis to to help him with everyday task and activities.

When our loved one got to life end, everyone was very nice and were kind and helped us through that difficult time. The staff were so nice to him.

Wonder, beautiful, clean building. Amazing staff and home like feel. The food smelled fantastic, they have a chef. [name removed] is a gem and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are spacious. I highly recommend this place for your family member.

As a relative of a resident I feel this facility is very clean and the staff I have interacted with are friendly and helpful. I am disappointed that the shower chair I brought for my relative’s use does not fit in the tub even though the chair is standard size for use as a shower chair. I am pleased that my relative has found several people to socialize. Also the physical therapy on-site is wonderful. Great therapy and so convenient.

The nurses and support staff are great. Don't expect to get anything in a timely manner. (Window screen has a hole in it still after telling them for 4 months). People need to be aware that the elderly has trouble chewing and need to cut veggies, meat etc up. Meals need to be warm/hot when they arrive at the table. Too many times the food has been cold (soup, eggs,) They need more variety instead of fancy meals. These are all from my mom and her friends.

My mother, husband, and I are all really happy that she's there. It's a safe environment, welcoming, and there's a nurses' station. Tons of great specialists nearby. Good food everyday. Reasonable price... We weren't even sure if that existed after doing a lot of research in numerous states. The prices per month are just outrageous. My mom might have the smallest studio apartment, but we pay [fee removed] per month and that includes the all-inclusive food plan, along with utilities. Great value!

When first touring the facility, I noticed how bright and clean it was. The rooms were adequate and quite cherry. Staff are exceptional and treat the patients with respect. Lots of activities and amenities.

Some of the kindest staff and management very willing to work together to customize the experience. They offer large rooms in memory care and have beautiful public areas.

We are extremely happy with the individualized care he has received. They have been very supportive of our family as well. My father is a private person. He has an apartment not just a room. Staff has been wonderful!

We are very pleased with Fieldstone Place. The staff are friendly and helpful. We really like the Activities staff, they are wonderful and caring to all.

I really liked the people and knew people who had been there, they liked it a lot. It was really a wonderful place. My mom has moved because she was in need of a locked facility with memory care, we really loved Banta Pointe though.

I've found that if I have a question I just ask & the staff & everyone will attempt to get the correct person to answer or it will be forwarded until I get the information I needed. Guess I'll just say I'm very happy I made this choice.
