Village Green, LLC

Village Green Cypress meets and exceeds every standard of care. My father who is a resident there calls Village Green “Heaven”! He has been in several different care facilities and this place is off the charts in comparison. Village Green actually does what they say they will do for your loved one. If you are looking for a memory care facility that will meet your loved one where they are, care for their needs individually, treat them as a unique person and worthy of love and care than this is the place for you. If you want a facility that sees their residents are tasks to be done, than move on. You will not regret joining hands with Village Green. They will treat you and your family like their family. I absolutely love this place.

Our time at The Cottage will be forever cherished. The Executive Director worked with us on creating a personalized Care Plan for my father, including a drug reduction program and facility directed rehabilitation. The staff was well trained and able to be very attentive to my father’s unique needs and changing condition. But, more than that, The Cottage staff gave us the gift of recognizing the special qualities in my father’s personality and cognition that still existed. It’s easy to focus on what’s missing, or diminished, when interacting with an elderly loved one with dementia, which can be frustrating, sad and even depressing. The culture of The Cottage is different. They have the remarkable ability to focus on what is still present and engage their residents “right where they are”, with dignity, respect and even admiration. The staff and environment offer many ways for residents to participate, on whatever level is appropriate, as part of a real community. And, very important, my father enjoyed the food! It didn’t take long for him to call it home. What a gift for my father and our family. When evaluating The Cottage of Spring Branch, you should know the building was purchased and renovated in 2018 by Golden Care Cottage Group LLC. It’s now updated and under totally new leadership of [name removed]. Much of the information on 3rd party websites is not current and accurate. As a result, we almost missed out on this gem. I’m glad we did a site visit to meet the staff and see it for ourselves. Thank you for everything!

This is such an amazing facility for my elder mother who has dementia. Not only is the staff super caring and attentive, they go above and beyond to make sure my sweet mother has everything she needs. From company to well prepared meals, even listening to music from her youth to bring back those special memories...it is these little details that makes Golden Care Assisted Living such a star in my book! Great job to all the staff!

We were very impressed with [name removed] and [name removed] and their team at Vilage Green Tomball. They were prompt with answering our calls and any questions that we had regarding my Dads care. The place is new and clean. They fill a great need for this type of care in the Tomball area.

My Dad stayed at the Tomball location and I was very happy with his care. The building is brand new, but the owners and staff are not new to this type of care giving. They made our stay there as comfortable as we could have hoped for. We received great care. Meagan and Nish are both delightful to work with.

My mom is in the memory care unit at Village Green. The staff there are fantastic and really care about the residents. They have gone above and beyond. The food is good and they offer healthy choices. They offer activities and even had a family get together with a great turnout. Management including Nish and Megan are spectacular. The community is clean and well taken care of.

One thing that i really liked about the community was the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness is also great. The staff tries for my mother to engage in activities. It's good to see that they are encouraging her. I feel that she is in a safe community. The meals are good and look tasty.

Village Green Alzheimer's Care Home gave absolutely the best care I could have imagined. The staff were loving and caring. Everyone was just amazing that worked there. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have toured this community. I found it to be a very quant community. Just the right size for any Alzheimer's resident. The Director showed me around. It was late in the evening, she took the time to give me all the details of the community. I did not feel rushed at all. It was dinner time. I was impressed at how loving all the staff were to the resident's. The rooms were beautiful, the price was great for all you get.. My father will be very happy here. We are moving him in next week. Thanks Village Green I have found a great home for Dad.

Wonderful community, The resident's and families are so sweet. The best thing about this community is it's home like atmosphere. The resident make the community what it it is. A place to call home.

We are so happy, we are just thrilled. It's immaculate, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. It's new and beautiful, with hardwood floors and molding, it's more like a home and less like an institution. They are very knowledgeable, and very helpful with helping us better understand what she is going through. They seem to be very good about getting them to participate in activities. The food seems to be good. We liked the size of the community and that it's dedicated for total Alzheimer's care. Oddly enough, we liked that it wasn't overly bright, more soothing, with softer light.

The staff does have to wear about 10 different hats and they do rotate the staff through the positions. My mom is never bored during the week. There are some foods I have to bring my mom.

My father has been at both Village Green in Tomball and moved (to be closer) to Village Green in Cypress. I can't say enough great words about Village and the owners. They truly care about their residents and service. The owners are very "hands on"; if there is ever a question or problem, you contact them and it's handled. These are 16 resident homes! After moving from a large facility, I highly recommend. They have a resident to caregiver approximately 4/1 compared to our last "large" facility that was almost 10/1!!!! Highly recommend

My husband, who has Alzheimer's, has lived at The Cottage for almost 3 years. They are very attentive to his needs making adjustments as his level of care changes. When he fell and broke his hip, a staff member accompanied him to the hospital. Their going with him allowed me to stay at home so that I would not have to leave my children alone at night. They stayed with him until he was admitted to the hospital at 3 AM. They came again early the next morning to check on him and right after his surgery and again early the next morning. This level of attention away from the facility was above and beyond what I expected. Also the meals are delicious. The accommodations are excellent. Beds and linens are included in the monthly rent. This is a great place!

This is a very loving place for seniors with memory care issues. My mother has been here since December 2017 and is getting great care. Please come see this place before you make a decision for your loved one.

The staff are very kind, friendly, and are constantly training to improve. They treat the residents like family. I like the smaller size of Village Green, as it lends toward more personal attention.

I like the home-like feel. The staff is very caring and interact well with the residents. The back deck is great for those that like being outside and can be monitored easily by the staff. Overall maintenance of the facility could be improved; it's showing some wear and tear outside and inside.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a beautiful place, but it does not have any back up generators and for the location that is something we were looking at. It is extremely clean and a very nice community. However just not really easily accessible in case of emergencies

Unfortunately this home can not accommodate a resident that will eventually require a feeding tube. After looking at their website and talking to [name removed] it looks like a very nice place that could be a viable option for a resident with different needs.
