It was 100% a 5 in all categories. As an example, a menu is given to the residents for all meals. The food is very good. As the staff gets to know each resident's likes and dislikes, they automatically will ask if they want certain things. They have meetings to see if the residents would like something in the menu they haven't been getting, and then actually serve it. My brother-in-law had some mental disabilities and they were great with him. Truly the first time in his life, he'd ever had friends. Unfortunately he was there only 6 months. He passed away 6 months to the day that he moved in. I have nothing but good to say about the place. He was so happy there.

Wonderful personnel. I absolutely love Wendy and the attention to detail I have witnessed from the very caring staff every time I have visited. The front desk has a warm and welcoming demeanor and residents can be seen enjoying events or taking a walk with their pups. Truly a place to consider for your loved ones.

I love this place.Check out the fact that they are adding many new people here. The capacity is 240 residents And looks like too many for the space here . Not big enough dining rooms!! Be aware!'

Overall, i have seen my Mother-in-law flourish in the past year. She's a different person from day 1. I give the facility a lot of credit for this. My Wife and I have already referred two other new tenants. As far as what I'd say? Probably the same thing i said about my Mother-in-laws transformation. She has friends and does activities of which she hadn't been doing before. The facility is very organized, clean, and friendly.

My mother has lived at Legacy at Clover Blossom for 14 months and we've both been very pleased with this senior independent living community. The staff is wonderful and truly cares about the residents. The monthly calendar of events and activities is interesting and varied, and includes live music, discussion groups, exercise classes, holiday celebrations, and fun places to visit "off campus.” Mom is also pleased with the quality of food and the dinner delivery service that is available. The residents themselves are absolutely delightful. We are happy!

We chose The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens because it was very close to me--less than a mile and we knew 3 others who had or do have a family member there. the front room of the apartment is spacious in comparison to some.

It is a really great place! My parents are very pleased! I would recommend this place! The staff are amazing! Very knoweldgeable and up to date on issues reguarding health care. [name removed] the Nursing Director is very helpful, and helped me get my parents insurance back when there was a lapse due to mail delivery! She is Incredible person and does wonderful work! She should get a raise!!!

There is a lot to like. The caregivers are great. They keep me informed when anything happens. We moved my dad to the assisted living side and he is getting great care. Meals are restaurant quality and he likes several of the activities. The only negative is the high cost. Of course it's one of those "you get what you pay for " things.

I had a wonderful delicious meal and the Executive Director was so kind and helpful. Community is brand new, clean and so much natural light. Really an impressive place to live. I would recommend Watermark Laguna Niguel to anyone needing assisted living services

The staff in the memory care unit treat the people in their care with kindness,affection and respect. They are truly a godsend for people with dementia.

Everyone is super helpful and the staff know the patient's name very quickly and that makes them and the family feel very confident about the care. Also, they are extremely patient with Alzheimer's patients!!

We have been very pleased overall!! Every single staff member has been friendly and they seem to genuinely care about the residents. A very good variety of activities. Many long time residents have good things to say about the facility.

Food is good but my parent wants more choices/variety. Staff is great and takes their time when needed. Needs better mode of communication besides email for requests, response is slow. (Requests from outside Sonrisa)

The staff has been very pleasant and helpful! I like getting the emails they send out about what is happening! The move in process was smooth! Meals are very good! We are so glad that mom likes the food. We would definitely recommend Clover Blossom to others!

It was a small community where residents support one another and form close relationships while having adequate services available. The staff also extends an extra hand to truly care about the residents. I can't say enough good things about them.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy at Grande Vie and everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. As for the care services, it feels too soon to rate that since my loved one is still pretty new to the facility. However, we have had no problems thus far. I haven't had too much interaction with the staff at this point, but the interactions that I have had have been good. My loved one likes the food. As for the activities, the staff have called and told me about several outings, which is very nice. My loved one did not get such opportunities at her previous Memory Care facility.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy at Grande Vie. When people ask me, I usually say that the place isn't fancy. However, it is clean and the staff take good care of my loved one. I truly feel that they care about him. I have been in other facilities that are more expensive and fancier. However, I have found that the quality of care was not the same as what my loved one is receiving here. I would recommend Legacy at Grande Vie to others!

When we first toured Watermark of Bellevue, shortly after it opened a year ago our response was WOW! It remains that a year later strategically located in downtown Bellevue across from the new light rail station. We enjoy the great food, activities and lively discussions with fellow residents during "happy hour". Come and join us.

Beautiful place! The whole place feels like home! It was so refreshing to see the staff and the residents interacting like family. My family and I are extremely grateful to have found such a wonderful place. Thank you for all you do.

What we like the most about the Legacy at Grande Vie is that we feel that our step mom is safe and is being well cared for by the staff members. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
