It's a brand new place that opened up in May. They've provide a lot of support and activities for our loved one. The food is wonderful, and the nutrition is so much better than when she was living by herself. We've used their onsite medical concierge, which has been working out very well. They're very accommodating about whatever it is you're needing to do. Like everything, it depends on the individual personnel, but I've been very impressed with them. They call me back and have been very responsive. They call me if there's anything they need to discuss. Especially with our loved one in memory care, we appreciate that they have an app called LifeLoop where you can see what activities your loved one is participating in and see photos of them. Their memory care unit is still pretty small at about 7-8 people (with room for about 20-25), and they're finding all sorts of ways to keep them involved. They've had them teach their memory care group how to do something - singing, Farkle, etc. It's been a really good experience so far.

The staff members are very friendly and we liked that this community does not have a cooperate approach when it comes to the care of the residents. We would recommend Carmel Village community to other.

I was here before covid times, so I was able to take advantage of all of the amenities that they offered. I did a lot of research and I found this to be the best convenient facility in the Reno area, it is right in town unlike some others. The staff members here were all very professional and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The community has been great for us. They have been a good fit for us as well. The food looks appetizing to me and my sister seems to think the food is good for our loved. Some of the activities they have available for the residents are: cards, movie nights, exercise classes and more.

We toured Sterling Place and I loved everything that I saw. It was actually going to be our first choice, but we wanted to go with a smaller facility to be safe just with all of the covid stuff that was going on.

I really liked Sunrise of Fresno although the cost for a private room at this facility is over $1,000. plus of mom's current monthly income. I liked [name removed] personality; I did not feel rushed. I would consider Sunrise for my mother as it is located in Fresno, where all of our family resides.

We absolutely loved Pasadena Highlands, and our family who were residents there also loved the community. They only had to leave because they moved back home.

Sterling Place seemed like a friendly place when we first walked in. The rooms are older, but are nice. We were able to eat some meals at this community before COVID, it wasn't great but it was good. We would recommend this community,

I would recommend them to others. They had lots of activities, both outside and inside. The other residents are very kind and friendly. The staff is very hands-on. They do great with helping new residents to fit in.

The Renaissance Village was a wonderful placement for our Mom. She was on Hospice and was placed in the Memory Care Unit. The staff was so wonderful to her - caring and patient. We were blessed to have the support of the Renaissance staff during her final days. Yes, we recommend them.

Clean, very nice facility. Rooms seem decent size.

I love this community! I have a lot of friends in different facilities and this one by far is the most warmest welcoming place! The staff is a very kind caring group of people! It is always a joy to interact with the other people who live there! My friend who has lived there for a few years loves the activities and the very helpful staff! When it is time for me to move to a place like this , I will definitely choose Rio Las Palmas for my home!

I have found my new place... Went to tour today.... So very pleased with what I observed. Positives.... all utilities included/ nice one bedroom/ 3 meals included/... All the buildings are connected...only 3 floors/ snack area available [when dining facilities are closed]... MANY, MANY ACTIVITIES that are available, for my options... I TRULY enjoyed the atmosphere in this complex... Residents appear to 'enjoying' their atmosphere... An extremely 'comfortable ' & nurturing response present.... Yes....I FOUND my NEW HOME.... My REPRESENTATIVE [name removed] really guided, supported & encouraged my experience... She walked with me by keeping me on task... sending me available complexes that could work for me... She also called and encouraged me during what, can be a very rigorous & emotional experience... Thank you, [name removed]... your GUIDANCE TRULY helped me tremendously...

I love the sterling place, because the were the cheapest and they have good food. You get serve three times a day plus dessert . You have activities on Wednesday and Friday. So I love the Sterling Place.

In January I found out I would need to move my mother from Assisted Living in California to Carson City where I live. I toured several Assisted Living facilities and felt the best about what I saw and heard at The Lodge. [Name removed] was wonderful and spent time with me touring the facility and going over everything that was available at The Lodge. [Name removed] invited my husband and me to attend a supper event they had in the dinning room before we had signed up for a room. This dinning room can't be beat! On the third floor with beautiful views of the western mountains out every window. Once we met the Executive Director, [name removed] we were sold. [Name removed] is a very hands on Director and a caring person. My mother is now fully moved in and extremely happy with her new room and the care she is getting. She is enjoying the activities that are offered and loves her view from her table in the dining room. I would recommend The Lodge to anyone who is looking for a caring, clean, well run Assisted Living facility.

I like to thank the entire staff of Sunrise for the excellent care my friend and companion received while staying in their facility. [Name removed] needed around the clock care for 2 years! The nurses & caregivers took care of him like it was one of their own family member. They try very hard to please all residents with providing meals that are nutritious as well as tasty , Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. I can only recommend this facility to anyone that needs help with a loved one! Thank you again Sunrise, keep up the good caring work! ????

Villa Capri was the best experience with a facility I could ever have. The staff was just so supportive in every way, and the quality of care offered was impeccable. The personnel consistently took extra steps to get to know my loved one and we felt very supported and very well cared for during our time there. The overall look of the community was so welcoming. I don't think anything will ever compare to Villa Capri.

The staff is really nice all they way from the original sales staff to the cooking staff to the dining staff they all were great and nice. It is kept up and tidy. They enjoy lots of daily activities. The food is perfectly fine. They treat my parents with respect and with courtesy. I would recommend this community.
