Nice and clean people friendly food good and close to family. Very positive experience.

The staff and administrator at The Manor House Independent and Enriched Care were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the family was good. We had no problems with the moving process. They referred us to a mover who was very helpful. The housekeeping and the food are decent. They also have a "hotel room" where I stayed when I went to visit my dad. That was handy and let me see more what the facility was like. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

My mother has been a resident of Crimson Ridge Gardens for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and conscientious. There are a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. The common areas are bright, clean, and nicely decorated, and bedroom/bathroom are a good size. We are very pleased with Crimson Ridge!

They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and they continue to work with what is best for Mom.Mom had a bumpy start, but they worked with us, and she seems alot more comfortable now. Everyone is very friendly. I have walked in when they are doing group activites. They have gotten to know about Mom and use that information to help guide her. I would strongly recommend.

As a family we were very pleased with the care of my father in law. When he first got there he could socialize with the other clients. As time passed ( quickly) he became more isolated within himself. The staff continued to encourage him ( and the family). It was sad he had to leave his home but he was at a great place.We appreciate all the help and care your organization gave. Thank you.

The community is dedicated to memory care unlike other communities that offer both senior living and memory.

I was blown away by how clean the building was and [name removed] knew all the residents' names as we walked through. They all looked happy and comfortable. They were enjoying live music when I toured. I will not hesitate to place my grandmother here when there is availability. I wish I got in touch sooner!

This place is amazing! You instantly feel safe and at home. I knew my aunt would fit in and feel right at home! It is clean and everyone was happy Plus it smelled great!

Peregrine/Crimson Ridge was also very, very nice. Very similar to Westwood Commons. Rooms were spacious with nice views, dining room was very nice, they did a lot of activities. Residents looked happy and well-cared for. The staff were very friendly. I really liked this place, too.

During a very stressful difficult time well, we suddenly had to make the decision that my mother could not go home alone. They made the process pretty painless. They communicated with us well, and they helped arrange the dates that we needed to bring my mother from rehab at the nursing home to the manor house. She is very happy there and I am one happy daughter that I don't have to worry about her every day.

My loved one likes the food a lot. We picked this facility, because we have always know about the community, it feels more like a home, and does not feel institutionalized. It doesn't have a smell or odor. Sometimes it's hard to get in touch with my loved one, so more landlines available would be nice. Overall, it's a good place, and I am very happy. I would recommend to other families.

We had a good tour at Peregrine Crimson Ridge Meadows. I wouldn't call their 1-bedroom a 1-bedroom though. It was more like a studio with a pinched wall / opening to the bedroom, which was not enclosed. And it was a little small. While it was not the right fit for mom, overall I thought it was really nice. It seemed like a wonderful place.

I am very happy with Atria and my loved one loves it here. The staff communication with the family is great. It's hard for me to not be involved in everything because they schedule appointments, but it is also refreshing. She loves the meals and she does participate in crafts.

They have been great. It is a smaller facility so it feels much homier. The staff seems to be very in tune with all of the residents there. They get really personalized care, we really could not be happier. I looked at 4 different places and this one was by far the best and the least the expensive. It has been the perfect fit and I would highly recommend Ocean Meadow to other families looking.

The separate home care service provided by [name removed] is OUTSTANDING. Lynn and her people are caring, compassionate, reliable, and very friendly. It is an extra charge, but if your loved one needs it, well worth the money!

I think they do a really good job caring for the residents and overall the cleanliness and communication between the staff is pretty good.

They are doing an amazing job with my loved one. My loved one loves the food. I picked this community, based on tours, and research, and the fact they are soley a memory care facility. I would recommend to other families. I love the staff, and they have weekly check-ins with me. Every step of the way, they have kept me updated. They are extremely friendly. I am glad it was recommended. Also, my loved one has made new friends, and has come out of their shell.

There are no fowl odors anywhere within the facility which is a huge plus, we also really like all of the big walking areas inside the community as well as outside the community. The meals are great, they feed the residents very well there. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Inspirations of Florence to other families.
