The staff is caring people. Communication was good between the staff and our family I would recommend this community to others.

It is a small community, which is nice. You don't have as many people here. The community is on one floor. This is an older community, and feels well kept. The food is pretty good. The big meal is lunch. In the evening it is mostly hamburgers or hot dogs with a bunch of fries. I wish they had more alternate choices other than grilled cheese sandwich or soup.

We chose Windsor House Greenville because when we toured the facility when we talked to the staff members we really liked them. I felt like my mother would be at home here. For the room sizes you pay for what you get. She said the food is great. I would recommend.

The community was clean. The staff is very friendly, open, and warm. The care has been good and we have not had any complaints so far. The food could use a little more variety, maybe something other than the southern-style food they usually serve. The price is good as long as it doesn't go up too much more.

Windsor House is a decent place. They are better than the other community where my mom was. The staff seems to care. They could use more parking. It is a smaller community. The room sizes are good. My mom has a shared room. The layout of the community is nice. I don’t have to worry about my mom now.

My mother was a resident of Longwood for a little over a year until her passing in July. I found the care at Longwood to be exceptional and the staff really cared about my mother as a person. There were good activities to help keep her mentally alert, hair and nail care and the food looked delicious. I can sincerely recommend Longwood to anyone looking for a home for a loved one.

Small, Classy, Clean, Very Warm and Caring Feeling. Price not sure about and what happens if moms dementia becomes worse. I love it!

A caregiver was very kind and toured me around the property. It was very quiet and I liked that it seemed small and intimate. The grounds were nicely maintained and they appeared to have available rooms.

Despite being a newly renovated facility, we experienced Windsor House Greenville to be mediocre. It smells in the hallways of unclean. And the rooms are only cleaned one time per week.

The facility appears to be in bad shape. I guess that it's clean enough to get by. Ultimately, wasn't the best fit for my loved one.

This community has nice size rooms and they keep the community super clean. The staff are pretty good. I believe there was a management change and I think the staff could be more responsive. The food is acceptable and things have improved since they hired a new chef. They do offer daily activities. I would recommend this community.

I liked their onsite nursing program set up but just didn't get a warm/fuzzy feeling about this place.

Our loved one said the food was good. He said that the residents didn't talk to him much, maybe because he was a new face. I didn't like how pushy they were. They were trying to make me leave him there permanently

Good: the community was clean, and the price was low. Bad: My elderly friend received poor to barely average care. Bad: supervisors and managers were unfriendly and not very helpful. Bad: the facility was too dark and depressing. Bad: post Hurricane Helene, the facility was without power for 5 days!! My elderly friend fell twice at Windsor House within 2 weeks time and went to the hospital both times. Windsor House had no idea how long my friend had been lying on the floor the 2nd time.

We did not like Windsor House Greenville AT ALL. It looked like a funeral home and just felt depressing. Don't know anything about the staff, food, etc. But this is going strictly off of the looks and feel of the environment.

My mother needs 24/7 care. We have a grant through Longwood to use as a sitter when we need to leave and can't be where. I have tried twice to use it. The first time the sitter backed out the night before. The second time she just never showed up be careful of these folks! They will leave you hanging.
