What we like the most about the community is that it is friendly and yes we would recommend Spring Valley to other families.

Recently visited Spring Village at Summerhill to help a family with a move-in the Staff was very accommodating and the maintenance staff was excellent. They helped us with everything we needed and made us feel like we were at home.

My father suffered a massive stroke at the age of 63 so we were in a very scary situation finding him a place to live. The entire staff at spring village has been so warm and welcoming. They are extremely patient and helpful with my father. They have encouraged him to engage and find his way and be as independent as he can! [name removed] is so great and very reliable. [name removed] is amazing in the nursing staff. He is always reaching out or taking my calls or emails any day any time. The facility itself is comfortable and updated. So many things to do for the residents and the food is amazing! [name removed] is an exceptional chef but is also very hands on with the service and residents. I highly recommend Spring Village!

My mom is currently a resident in the memory care unit at Spring Village and now receiving hospice care. [name removed] , the director, goes above and beyond to help you during this difficult time. [name removed] , [name removed] and the rest of the staff are taking good care of mom and that puts our families mind at ease. When my mom came back after a brief hospital stay she was asking for bacon and [name removed] went to the kitchen and got her some bacon! [name removed] and [name removed] at the sign in desk are very pleasant and I am always greeted with a smile. As long as mom is up to it, she is dressed daily and brought to scheduled activities. When she needs rest, she goes back to her room. The facility is clean. If you are facing the difficult decision of needing to place a loved one in assisted living or memory care assisted living, I recommend that you set up a tour.

My mom's journey with dementia over the past 2 1/2 years was very challenging, when she arrived at Spring Village. I was full of worry. I can't express enough gratitude for the way she was cared for everyday by the director and her entire staff! They will all have a specials place in my heart always.

Thank you to all the Spring Village staff. The care my mom received for over two years was beyond our expectations! The entire staff from directors to housekeeping has empathy and compassion.

My parents lived at Spring Village At Danbury from [date removed]. I live in the Midwest but my brother lives in CT and went to see them often. Plus as Power Of Attorney/Healthcare agent for my parents I had regular contact with the staff. The executive director was incredibly helpful with communicating with me and was quite patient with my regular check ins and questions. My parents were content there, and the staff was very attentive to their needs. They were wonderful with helping to coordinate many needs for my parents. They really seem to go beyond what other assisted living facilities will do for resident care. They assisted with transportation to appointments and were great at keeping in touch whenever any info was needed to get to me or my brother.

Spring Village has been amazing for our family; my family member lives there. They have a lot of activities going on; residents can pick if they want to do something different. There is more than one activity going on at a time. I join in, as many families do, and they are always welcome with open arms, even on trips. The staff is caring and patient. The rooms are nice, and the staff is very caring.

We recently were referred to this community by Glen Hill Rehab. We looked at many but chose Spring Village. It is clean smells fresh and met all our budget needs.

So happy with our choice in choosing Spring Village. [name removed] the director is such a loving and caring person . She has made herself ever present when needed. The staff go beyond the call of duty making each day special for your loved one. Great choice for my mom!

My Father fell ( his fault) and went to rehab across the parking lot. Spring hill staff went to visit him multiple times to keep his spirits up. The food is delish. Always friendly. [name removed] the director is on target

All places are so expensive, but in comparison Spring Village was a little less money, with nice accommodations. The staff is really nice, and willing to answer any questions. The facility feels inviting, and the rooms are a pretty good size. The residents are able to go outside to enjoy the fresh air, with nice surroundings, and safety. For those visiting, there is convenient access to grab a bite to eat, just around the parking lot

Spring Village Hammonton has been a great decision for our family. The staff is not only professional and attentive but also incredibly supportive. They go out of their way to make sure both residents and families feel heard and cared for. Communication is excellent and updates are timely, questions are answered quickly, and the staff is always willing to talk through concerns or offer reassurance. It’s clear they truly care and want families to feel involved and confident in the care being given. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-run. Our loved one has settled in well, enjoys the daily activities, and feels safe and respected. We’re grateful to have found a place where support, compassion, and strong communication are a top priority. Highly recommend.

I would give a 5 for all except activities. Activities I would give a 3. The place overall is really great and my aunt is happy there. I sure would recommend the community to other families based on the experience. I really am having a good experience working with them. They are friendly and kind to my Aunt

Very happy with Spring Village at Hammonton. Lots of activities for residents if they so choose . Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. We're always happily greeted and everyone knows our names. We're pleased with the food they prepare for mom too.

I took a tour of the facility for my parents and was gladly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful surroundings. This place I would definitely love to bring my parents to.
