The facility is beautiful, brand new, hurricane strong, and many services in-house: cleaning, laundry, meds, Dr., PT if needed, 3 meals a day, activities, small library, salon appts., van available for trips to stores, church. Can't say enough good about them! The only thing I wish they had is some sort of liaison person/position there to help with issues that arise that my parents need help with at times.

I think they have nice management good staff and the people make good friendships. Activity directors seems to come and go but other than that our Dad is happy.

The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Everyone seems friendly. The only concern or negative we experienced was that my loved one would tell me some of the aides don't come always when my loved one pushes the button on the call button they have around their neck to call. Overall, it is a good community. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I met [name removed] for a tour of the Tuscan Gardens. [name removed] was incredible. I was very impressed with her obvious compassion for the residents. [name removed] greeted every resident by their name with a smile and a compliment. I could tell she treated everyone as an important member of her family. The resident's overall wellness and quality of life were paramount to [name removed] as we discussed the activities and events she planned for the residents. Unfortunately, some of the other assisted living facilities I visited did not have an employee like [name removed] , for those you could tell it was just a job, not a passion. I want my mom to be in a place where the employees are all like [name removed], part of the family.

My mother is currently a resident at Poet's Walk Henderson and this facility is great! My mother's experience here has been great so far! I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mother loves living at Sonata at Coconut Creek. She likes the activities and the food. And it's affordable on a limited budget. Great all around - wish we had done it sooner!

Everyone there seems to care about the residents and are invested in their care. The facility is well kept, issues are dealt with immediately and the staff LISTENS to the family members. The room sizes/accommodations in memory acre are sufficient. The smaller rooms are big enough for a single bed, dresser and a chair if you want one in there. I would definitely recommend Poet's Walk Round Rock to others looking for memory care.

My mom loves Sonata Boca Rotan and she would give these all 5 stars as well. I would give Sonata a 10 on activities. It has drastically changed my mom's life having so much interaction with others. I would highly recommend Sonata Boca Raton to others.

The residents are always happy and love to share that food is good and activities are great.

Bartlett Reserve is a great place for yourself if you are aging and also for your parents or loved one. [name removed] gave us a tour and we loved the fact that they had a pool not many places have a pool-great for water aerobics.

Bartlett Reserve has so many activities for the residents - something for everyone. Impressed with the variety of programming. The open seating concept in dining at Bartlett promotes very friendly atmosphere.

Beautiful building! Pool, workout room, theater and some of the rooms even have walk in closets, staff were great! The sales and the E.D. were very patient. Top of my list!

We've had a great experience at Sonata Boca Raton. A very clean facility, the staff are very friendly, and the food is great! An all-around great place.

We toured The Mann House Cumming and Johns Creek when searching for Memory Care for our loved one. Our tour was excellent! The cleanliness and friendliness were great!

Friendly home atmosphere wellpleased. Resident became well enough to go home after only 3 months.They saw that her nutritional needs were met. She was extremely underweight and was in a state of failure to thrive. Appetite increased. I would recommend to others.

It's an excellent place. Staff is very nice and my husband is being well taken care of. We picked this community, because It's clean it's run professionally, the staff takes it's time to answer questions, and it meets my husbands needs.

With regard to The Mann House, my brother and I have been extremely pleased with our experience having our mother in their care. The high points for us have been the demeanor of the staff, the small size of the community, and their communication. My mother has unfortunately declined at a very rapid rate over her time there and almost never leaves the facility other than for scheduled doctor appointments and numerous trips to the hospital. She is unable to follow instructions and participate in many activities, but she enjoys her meals and sits outside in the courtyard frequently. She has rapidly worsening dementia and can be difficult to deal with, but the staff is tremendously patient with her. Sam, the director, is very easy to communicate with, and everyone else knows my mother well and goes out of their way to chat with her. She has had to go to a rehab facility repeatedly after several falls (not the fault of the staff) and each time we have been extremely relieved to have her return to The Mann House afterward. She is currently in the hospital where she had a pacemaker implanted two days ago and is very frail. We were very concerned that she would have to spend time in rehab again, but Sam has given the thumbs up for her to return directly to The Mann House. We cannot imagine what the situation would be for her if she was in a much larger community where there might be greater staff turnover and less staff knowledge with individual residents. For a senior that is highly functioning mentally and physically, it might not be the greatest choice for activities and social engagement among residents, but given my mom's state, it has worked out very well for her to live there.

Sonata Delray Beach is a clean place, very friendly staff, they really care about residents. The food that they serve is very good. My sister looks forward to bingo and exercise class. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but seems to be in line with most other places we looked at. We chose it because of location to us and we loved the outside garden area. We also like that it wasn't so large and overwhelming to my sister, so she could find her way around better.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very good tour experience
