I found Synergy to be a positively supportive agency that took time to listen and to learn about my mother's medical and cognitive needs. Synergy used that information to determine the best care provider to assign to my mother in order to meet her needs. The Synergy director remained in touch with me to evaluate progress and to make changes in service delivery, if necessary. I was very happy with the individualized attention and support that Synergy provided.

The caregivers were on time, experienced and caring. I recommended Attentive Home Care to a friend who is using their services now and she is very pleased as well. I don't have anything negative to say about them.

Utilized the services for a short time, as.i was hospitalized. They sent a very cordial and reliable young woman. She performed the tasks assigned with minimal need for training or reminders.
