Meeting the owner at our first meeting was a pleasure and comforting. He completely understood our situation and asked very poignant questions and answered and explained thoroughly our questions and concerns. He provided us with a summary of our conversation in great detail. This helped us tremendously when it came to making a decision. We now are working with a care giver that is absolutely wonderful and competent, professional, caring and extremely helpful.

I have been very satisfied with Cornerstone Caregivers, from interviewing the agency to the caregivers. Each caregiver has been very professional and really cares for my sister’s wellbeing. Whenever I have needed a caregiver, the agency has always been very accommodating. Thank you.

All of the staff that have been caring for my mother are very good and compassionate. It has been a great fit for us. The staff have been reliable and if there is an issue with staffing I am notified in advance. I would recommend this agency to others looking for care assistance.

We use this service for my wife who was suffering from dementia. She had just been discharged from the hospital on Wednesday and needed major home care immediately they were able to come in within one day before making an assessment and give her the services that she needed. The nurse was amazing. The aid was amazing. They care for her as if she was their family. She responded to them as if they were family. They took the Intake the following Monday, unfortunately the day she passed. Thank you all for what you do it is truly a help to families.

At a time when you are at a loss for how to navigate the healthcare system for your aging loved one, Home Helpers of Hendersonville was found to be such a valuable resource. [name removed] and his wife began their service to help- and they do so with true compassion, knowledge and great expertise. He and his staff went over and beyond to help care for my 95 yo mom. From providing round the clock care that went over and beyond care. From providing invaluable resources for nursing home/assisted living recommendations to [name removed] actually coming to mom’s home to fry an egg for breakfast, to sitting with the family for hours when transition decisions had to be made. I would and do highly recommend Home Helpers of Hendersonville. You could not find a more caring and loving staff with true compassion to care for your loved one. I reached out searching for home healthcare through Goggle with several agencies. Home Helpers of Hendersonville called me within minutes and scheduled the next day.

All providers are professional and willing to help. I am a man of few words and what I have said is accurate.

My husband has dementia and needs to get out more without me. [name removed] found the perfect aide for him. The aide takes him to parks or other places . He gets exercise and lunch and comes home smiling. I’m smiling too because I get a break. I wanted him to get use to other people besides me giving him care. The time is coming when he won’t be going out and that aide will be doing some of his care. A relationship has been developed ahead of time and my husband will feel comfortable. This agency does the billing for me sending in the care notes from each visit to our long term care insurance company. [name removed]does a wonderful job of communicating with me about my husband’s schedule and any concerns or changes that need to be made. I really appreciate that.

I hired Eminence Homecare to assist with my father’s daily needs of prepping meals, cleaning & companionship. To date, I have been very pleased and at ease with the care, understanding & their diligence at their job. His caregiver has been a joy & has his interest and well-being in mind. I know he is well taken care of. His caregiver has been reliable, responsible and respectful.

I took a weekend trip and the caregivers did a great job making sure my husband had what he needed .Also I came home to a very clean and tidy house. The caregivers also kept a journal to track ,medication times ,what he ate,how he slept,and his general mood.

My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s about 5 years ago and is still self-sufficient. After an ER visit & overnight stay, cognitively, he cannot be home alone. I was not prepared for this! I called several care agencies. Interviewed two of them in our home. It was a very easy decision to select One You Love Homecare. [name removed]spent two hours talking to us and asking questions. It was not a “sales pitch” for the company as others were. She genuinely cares about selecting the appropriate caregiver for a client. A nurse visited less than 48 hours later and three days later, [name removed]arrived with her friendly smile. It could have happened faster, had the situation warranted. She engages him in activities and conversation. I’m very confident that he is well taken care of. Communication with staff is impressive. Scheduling caregiver times is easy. As my husband’s Alzheimer’s progresses, I’m certain One You Love Homecare will provide the level of care he requires.

[name removed] at Elite Home Care was wonderful in helping me find someone to stay with my husband while I was out of town. She was very communicative and caring. She made sure I had no worries while gone. Everything worked out great. I highly recommend Elite Home Care.

Only had a helper from them once because my husband had to go back to the hospital. He then passed away on 10/10. The one helper that they sent was good about helping with laundry and dishes but seemed inexperienced in patient care. Maybe I just expected more.

I met with one of your healthcare team few months ago. It was a very good experience. The representative very professional and caring. He actively listened to my requests/ problems. However, I retired from my job to be my mother’s caretaker. Thank you for all your company's workers do. [name removed]

Had short notice needs and they came through. Everyone there was great to work with. Then except a couple non critical issues with caregivers, everything went great. They should be at the top of your list!!!!

ComForCare, were extremely helpful and timely in arranging care for my sister in her time of need. My sister was very complementary about the level of care and its timeliness. They were instrumental in providing excellent care for my sister during the last month of her life. I am very grateful.

They have been very helpful and although we haven’t used them yet certainly are planning to in the near future. There hasn’t been any care yet but we chose them because after talking to three others felt confident with them in what we will be needing.

[name removed] has been exceptional since the first phone call. Listened to our families needs and has delivered everything that was promised thus far. Always very responsive as well as caregivers that we have interacted with. We trust that our loved one is in good hands with [name removed] professional team. I was pleasantly pleased by this agency. Very professional and friendly. I was able to meet my caregivers before they actually started which was nice. A week in and it has been a good fit. My caregiver is very friendly and kind to me.

Both ladies have always been on time for their scheduled appointment, actually the morning lady is always 10 minutes early. Both are very attentive to my wife’s needs. Never on cell phone except for check in and check out. Very different from past Agency experience. I would certainly recommend Seniors.
