We had an excellent experience with GRISWOLD Home Care. [name removed] understood what we were looking for in a caregiver and kept in touch with us until she found the right person! Highly recommend her and Griswold.

Right at Home has been very responsive to my needs since the beginning. Every step of the way they have answered all of my questions. All of my interactions with [name removed] and [name removed] have been pleasant and informative. The Care Giver is amazing.

[name removed] was my contact from the initial interview through to the end. She coordinated the scheduling of staff and often reached out for our opinion or to provide updates. [name removed] provided the care for my father. She was well liked by my father and provided excellent care. This was extremely important being that I was located out of state while their service was provided in the Nashville area. I highly recommend them.

This is a great agency that contacted me immediately when I said I needed help with my dad. [name removed] came out to visit me at home and had clearly done research about my parents had found articles that were available via Google. It was fast and easy and convenient. I highly recommend.

I'm very happy with Firstlight as a caregiver provider. Both of the owners ([name removed] and [name removed]) are kind and caring people. They worked with me to provide a live-in caregiver for my husband for 10 days. The caregiver was lovely, kind, and competent. Since then I've been using their services off and on on an hourly basis. They're very responsive and extremely easy to work with.

I hired Cornerstone for my mom. From our first interview I knew they were the right organization for us. Well versed with all levels of care and needs. Compassionate and very professional. They helped my mom with transportation and company for her Dr and shopping appointments. [name removed] and team were always professional, on time and courteous. We continue to use them when needed. Would recommend Cornerstone for various needs.

We chose senior helpers of Dover because they do all the background checks on their employees and all of them are insured through senior helpers. The manager came out to the house as planned met. My parents had some questions and overall he was very responsive and answered all our questions And was able to arrange for in-home visits as soon as the next day. There is no contracts to sign which was a big relief and they do have a minimum of five hours per visit, which worked out fine. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have help for a loved one in their home. The woman who came paid a lot of attention to my parent And was a great companion, giving her a lot of attention and listening and talking and being there with her it was a nice relief for everyone.

My brother needed help following surgery then found them so responsive that he has continued their service. Their model is that his favorite caregiver regularly comes, so that he doesn't need to get used to many different people. The director [name removed] is acticely involved in following his care and he stops by the house to check in. Definitely recommend!

When the time calls for the need of a caregiver, for myself it seemed overwhelming. To my relief, I felt very comfortable with the people at ComforCare. They were very friendly and gave me options on how best their services can be used. The staff works with my needs and are very flexible on days and hours. They listen to you and your needs and they did a very good job in trying to find the best person for the services we needed. For me I thought everything that ComforCare provides made me feel at ease with them and I would recommend giving them a call when the time comes for you to find a caregiver.

I like that train their staff and keep in touch with me to find out if I am happy with the provider’s performance. I like their attitude and their service towards us the customer. Every time that I am calling with a question they are very polite

[name removed] from Senior Helpers has been great she has been coming about eight times now 4 hours one day a week that's all my mother needs she bathes her cleans will do laundry and make her meals if you want and we'll keep her company and watch TV with her and have no problem leaving my mother alone with her if I'm not here

I am really happy with the girls they send. [name removed] even comes to introduce them before they start work. They work to accommodate my schedule. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and I'm a pretty picky person; especially since I fired a previous home healthcare agency. It took me a long time to hire another agency and I am so glad that I hired Newmark. They really do deserve a 10 out of 10!

The CareGiver [name removed] has been a Blessing to helping Me with caring for My Dad. She helps Me understand My Dad's condition and concerns. Plus works with Me on My Schedule. I highly recommend Them for future reference.

We were very happy with the care provided by Hummingbird Care Services. The providers genuinely cared for my Dad and preserved his dignity. I would highly recommend this agency for home health care.

I explained at the time the cost may be too much. It turned out to be $[removed] per month for 40 hrs per month was too much for help. [name removed] is a competent qualified excellent Aide well trained in the health, welfare and safety of seniors with dementia, balance and walking difficulties.

Synergy ‘s local ownership and slightly lower charge per hour was the original attraction. We later discovered their on-call scheduling service was extremely helpful and efficient. Although the calls begin with what sounds like an automated response, their own office personnel pick up the phone right away. They’re always happy to help, even when our plan to cut hours is the subject at hand. We found that one caregiver we really like and stuck with her. That and staying within our budget have been our secrets to success.

Right At Home has been a good fit for my husband and I. We’ve had a consistent caregiver and she is kind and professional. The owner is wonderful and has worked with us to keep continuity of care and safety.

Those in the greater Geneva / St Charles area (and soon to be in the greater Elgin, IL area), in need of care for a loved one should absolutely prioritize 1776. The Mgmt team ([name removed]) to the care givers ([name removed]) are the very best.
