Reliable and relatively easy to have a substitute provider if the regular provider is out sick. The caretakers have been friendly and kind and have provided quality care with respect.
Our contact person, [name removed], has been great in a slightly difficult situation. Two of the caregivers have been outstanding but have had to leave for various reasons. One of the caregivers has been not reliable and we are not thrilled with. If we discuss this with [name removed] I am sure she will adjust. They are very responsive.
