My mother lived at the Gables of Westerville for almost two years. The entire staff was very caring and loving toward my mom. She loved to get her hair done every Tuesday at the salon. There were so many activities to get involved in. She was the Queen of cornhole. Breakfast lunch and dinner was an opportunity for all the residents to gather in a beautiful restaurant style settling. This was also one of moms favorites. As the daughter of a recent resident I highly recommend this community.

Great care staff especially with [name removed] as Director of Nursing. The Gables is the only community I know that has a Nurse Practitioner as a Director of Nursing. [name removed] is a great Activities Director with a packed activities calendar. This is a community I would definitely put my parents in.

The Gables of Green is an amazing place . Not only is the environment beautiful and elegant, but the people are outstanding . I have never met staff that were so kind, loving, and thoughtful and who became family to us very quickly . Their expertise is evident from the administration to care partners, nursing staff, servers, and housekeeping....truly wonderful people ! Food is delicious ! You will not find a better place for your loved one !

My mother lives at the Gables of Green. From the moment we walked in for the tour she (and our family) have been treated with kindness, compassion and concern by the staff and residents alike. The facility is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Unlike the other places I toured that have a staff shortage, the Gables always seem to be fully staffed. Mom enjoys the entertainment provided. She looks forward to each meal served. I am very happy that I chose the Gables of Green. I encourage you to take a tour, they will not disappoint!

You will not find a more clean, gorgeous and caring place around. The management and entire staff address every issue we have regardless of what time of day (or night)! My mother loves it here and the food is amazing with loads of choices anytime! I highly recommend the Gables of Green!!!

Everyone in this community is very kind, helpful and sweet. They are a little short staffed but I think that is just an issue across the board, a few minor things I would prefer they would do that they aren't doing, more like a communication problem maybe on my end for not addressing those issues but my loved one hasn't complained about the minor issues I have. I think those minor issues could be fixed easily, when I am ready to address them. The food is alright, my loved one eats everyday, we were told my loved one would get choices but they seem to give my loved one whatever, I think it's more of a problem for me but doesn't seem to be problem for my loved one. The activities are great, my loved one is busy all day long, they have activities everyday throughout the day.

Our family is very happy with the care and compassion provided to our mom. The environment is ideal for her, excellent food, kind staff and fun things to do.We are so grateful to the Gables of Green because they have been a home away from home for our mom.

The tour I had with The Gables of Westerville was just fine. It was pretty pricey, but it is a very nice place. When I toured they had no availability, so I was on the wait list. They kept telling me they were about to have an openings so I was waiting and waiting but unfortunately that never happened.

Wow! Beautiful place and welcoming people right in the door. One word-OUTSTANDING! The staff is very friendly and truly have a heart for our senior population! I am very impressed. The food is wonderful too!

This community is exceptional! I wouldn’t consider moving my father anywhere but here.The building is stunning and has the exceptional staff to match. Everyone is full of so much kindness and is willing to help with any question you have. The food is amazing! This place is top notch.

Beautiful community! Friendly staff! Excellent food! There is no other place I would want to move my mom! The building is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’m excited to move my mother in.

They did have some recent staffing changes but the all the staff members have been very helpful and understand. The activities do change a lot they do have some good ones Monday thru Friday but not much over the weekends, we do wish they had a little more things to do to keep them busy. Our loved one says the meals are very good but they do give portions. They do bring the residents breakfast in the morning to their rooms which we think is great.

The move in process and apartment our loved one has is very nice. Our loved ones apartment has a stackable washer and dryer so she is able to do her own laundry. Her apartment gets cleaned once a week but sometimes in the big general areas the rugs can get a little dirty but with the amount of traffic going on we do understand it is hard to maintain it perfectly. Our loved one gets three meals a day delivered to her room and for the most part it is pretty good. They have a lot of different activities going on, there is live entertainment every week, bingo three times a week, physical therapy, exercise classes and a really nice library with a lot of books. They also have a really nice inner the residents can go sit at and enjoy the nice weather.

My dad was in a Nursing Home and we were not happy with the care that he was receiving. After he was hospitalized and we were told he would need to go on hospice, we were recommended by [healthcare facility name removed] to look at Sunrise. The moment my family spoke to [name removed] we knew my dad would be in great hands. [She] asked us for some information and to fill out a few forms online. She took care of the rest and my dad was transferred to Sunrise within 24 hours and all the equipment he needed was there waiting for him. We are forever grateful to the Sunrise team for the love and care they showed to my dad and our family. God Bless you all.

They've been very receptive to our family and have tried to meet our needs. I think they could use more staff than they have currently. But overall, It's a lovely facility, and the people are very friendly.

Everybody at Autumn House East has been so friendly, and so good to our loved one she absolutely loves them and the care givers. She is enjoying playing bingo, going to their Church services and doing arts and crafts which she is really proud of. She absolutely raves about the meals and dining service and based on our families experience we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

This is a very nice place. The friendliness of the staff and they are willing to help stand out to me. The staff were right on anything that we needed. The staff communication was great and they were willing to work with us and were able to answer our questions. There are three meals a day served and the resident have choices of meals to choose from.

It's been a positive experience from the moment we took her in. The communication has been very good throughout the onboarding process. Their responsiveness to any questions or concerns I might have had has been very good as well.

We toured Autumn House East, it was a nice facility and it would have given mom a lot of room to roam if she would have been up to it. Her budget wouldn't have allowed for her to stay in the room that I liked. It was also an older facility, so it reminds you of a dungeon or an old hospital. If we would have needed to, we would have had to come up with more money. It was also further away, out of three children the community we chose was closer for two of us, whereas Autumn House would have been further for all of us. I liked the staff here and the activities director they introduced me to. The dining and activity room were wonderful and beautiful. I also liked that they broke down the lunching room into separate groups. Everything was clean and nice.
