I really like the fellowship here. I met some good friends. My favorite activities are the Bingo and exercise.

It's the best place. I love the food and I like my room.

Everything is good. I like it here. I've been here 4 years. They take good care of me.

It's nice to live close to my son/family in Quakertown. I like the staff and have fun here.

This is a very friendly institution. There's lots of people. They make you feel at home. I'm glad we're all out of our rooms after Covid. I like the people I'm around.

I like the care I get here. Even though I'd rather be at home, this is a good place to be.

Overall we have had a good experience at Autumn House West. I would tell others just make sure you have all of the information before moving in.

Our loved one really likes the size of her room, it is much bigger then a lot of the other places we had looked at. Even though our loved one does not participate in the activities they have a ton to offer which is nice. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far with The Gables.

Sunrise of Shelby Rochester was in our top 3, I really liked this facility. The reason we did not go with them was because of the way their pricing was set up. It was "al a carte" so they had a base fee and then things like medication, showers, etc. were all an add on fee which would end up being too expensive. The staff were great with following up with us after the tour.

I have worked at HH for almost 32 years. It is my home away from home and my co workers and residents are family. I can’t imagine ever working any place else.

After touring other places, Oak leaf Manor North was up in our top 2 choices. The facility is beautiful and the staff that we had interaction with were all very friendly and accommodating. For us it came down to the location, we wanted some place closer so we could pop in whenever we wanted.

This is a very nice place and community for elderly people to be. They are very friendly and the community is very clean. The administrative staff bent over backwards to get us in there in a timely matter and they were just really great to work with. It meant a lot to me and my family. The staff are very good, friendly and caring with my loved one.

From the first tour of Autumn House East, my husband and I felt that this was the right place for mom. I had peace of mind knowing that mom was well cared for and safe. The entire staff is always welcoming and friendly. It is easy to see how much they love working there and share that love with every resident and family member. The nursing staff IS exceptional. They truly ARE committed to care, compassion, dignity, and safety for the residents! As mom’s health declined everyone went above and beyond to make her comfortable throughout her last days. I highly recommend Autumn House East!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cost effectiveness and friendliness stand out to me. My only concern is my loved one still has not seen a doctor and has been in the community for a bit. The care staff were the ones that told me that my loved one still hasn't seen the doctor. I was not given a contact point of person to reach out about my loved one. The follow through with messages left is lacking. My loved one is very happy here.

The Village at of Heather Hills is fabulous. The 1 on 1 care that they provided is something that really stuck out to us. [name removed] the intake director was absolutely incredible. The experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to others looking, It was the best decision I could have made for her.

Our family had an in person tour and the person we met with and talked with was wonderful. The community is beautiful but it just was a little to big and elegant for our father.
