The staff at The Cottage are very friendly and welcoming. My dad enjoyed his respite stay there and will be moving in permanently this week. I would recommend, it's a very well laid out facility, clean, bright and a warm atmosphere from the moment you enter the front door.

It was a wonderful and lovely Tour. The Waterford Grand is at a very scenic location. The rooms with a view are quite the selling point. The guide was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience.

Regency Grand of West Covina evoked a very homey, nurturing atmosphere. All the residents that I observed and/or interfaced with seemed genuinely happy. The community is nicely decorated and seems to offer a multitude of various activities for the residents. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

The whole process was made easy and quick. Staff really understood the families emotions and were very helpful and caring. The atmosphere was one of a caring family. Meals were served like family, so much better than the previous facility. Staff really understood the needs, limitations, and desires of their patients. We looked at all facilities and would choose Ashley Gardens again.

Love it's so clean. You have caregivers available to you all the time. Portions of meals are adequate. And would rate the cooking at a 7.5-8 and meals are balanced. Staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating for anything you need 24/7 Only challenge is the emotional and physical adjustments you need to make from a house to an apt. Plus the location is excellent. Close to hwy Smiths Albertsons pharmacies, and extra storage is near by. Close to church too. Was a bit of a challenge moving stuff in... only one cart available but they do help when needed. But other than that I'm very happy with my decision so far. And still moving in and unpacking. Would recommend to others and my unit is two one BRs together. So one part is my office other my BR and bigger than anything I was seeing for the price

The food is good the staff are caring and know the clients by name

From my father-in-law, he says the food could be served faster and could have more variety and maybe cooked better. Care has been good and he had a few incidents where he needed to be sent to the emergency room and they took care of it and notified us right away. He says staff and residence are friendly, but he's not very outgoing so he doesn't do a lot of socializing at this point. His wife who passed away while they were at Ciel was the socializer, so he's having a little bit of difficulty with that, but the staff encourages him. The apartment is a great size. It's probably slightly bigger than Ciel . I think overall he's enjoying the experience and has just a few things that he wishes were done differently, and then don't we all whatever our life situation is.

Facility is beautiful. If in assisted living, you get very little interaction or help unless you track them down. In memory care we have had a beautiful experience with staff. They are always around and always willing to help

I give you a 5 for all the wonderful support from your service. My sister [name removed] is the one who lives there. She loves the staff and says the food is great. She had a great time on Halloween. They had the kids come to their tables at dinner so the clients could hand out candy to the little ones.

The absolute best in every way! Yoga & meditation teachers frequently say "Go to your happy place." Cascades of the Sierra definitely is my happy place! Cascades not only provides a large apartment with a full kitchen along with three delicious many-choices meals a day, it also offers a rich array of activities. I couldn't possibly be treated better! I particularly appreciate the very well equipped fitness center at Cascades which comes complete with an excellent professional trainer. He very quickly has helped me rebuild depleted muscles.

We are looking for a facility that my aging mother can be comfortable and safe in. Cascades of Bend was highly recommended. We were very impressed with the tour and plan on using them as a resource for mom.

I am very happy with finding this gem of a place for my brother. The residents and staff are friendly, they have lots of activities he can join each day and his apartment is clean and spacious. The outside area looks like a private garden to walk around and enjoy the plants and flowers.

5"s across the board. They are currently understaffed, so we did work through some issues with assessment and finances, but have gotten it straightened out. We would absolutely recommend Heritage Springs to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is very clean, well maintained with very friendly staff and supervision. The food choices are provided with ample time for residents know what options will be available. When staff is met in the hall during visits you are always greeted with a friendly response. We visited several places before choosing Heritage Springs.

The staff were there for me every time I had a question or needed guidance for things for my father. I would recommend them. Cost was a very real issue with looking at facilities in the surrounding area. I will say like many places, they were experiencing some staff turnover/shortages. I haven't been there since July when my father passed. But for people who need the extra help and hands on they delivered.

It is the best move I have made. The my apt is great ,food is great, staff and residence are perfect. It is a great place to live. Activities are plentiful.

The staff is very helpful and well trained. They evaluated my mother's needs and got her extra help and benefits. They have been very responsive to our concerns and they keep us informed.

We were very happy with the care my mom received. She was also on hospice the whole 5 months she was there until her passing. Many of the staff there really loved her and it showed. The days leading up to her death were made easier as the staff brought in chairs and snacks and we could come and go anytime day or night. And that was with over 10 people there. I've very glad I called A Place For Mom. It was a very stressful time and we were able to quickly get her in.

The friendliness gets a 10, that has ben amazing. We have been so pleased with how much the staff cares about my mom. We would absolutely 100% recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
