I found the staff that I interacted with, to be caring and helpful. While he could still eat, my husband enjoyed the food. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

My personal opinion is that the food is often too salty: the eaters can add it but cannot remove it. The size of my apartment is ideal for me: but it is designed for 2 or 3 people. The other items on this list are adequate or better.

I have a one bedroom apt, all meals are provided, cable is provided, housekeeping every week, really numerous activities, bus to provide rides to shopping places three days a week, book club, worship services, movies and wine tasting with entertainment. I knew of this place years ago and i am really glad that I could afford the rent. I had experience with independent living In colorado so i was glad to know that i could live here. The staff is great, the residents are friendly and i am very happy. Yes i would recommend this place

Overall 5 stars. My husband was only there 3 weeks , then back in the hospital and then passed away . Staff was wonderful , food was very good - room was very nice -I really was very pleased.

I found that a place for Mom was a wonderful wonderful resource. I had concerned about bringing my sister down because she's needs help, I reached out to you guys and you answered all my questions. You are the most patient and really a godsend thank you. We would very much recommend Azalea Park to other families.

My parents have not lived in any other facilities so we don't have a basis for comparison but the helpfulness and approach of the staff day to day is friendly and fantastic. Many have worked at the same place for several years. That is telling. They are responsive to unplanned care needs and are prompt and as flexible as possible in creating schedules for help with my Dad's ADLs. The living units themselves are well built and can be turned into cozy living spaces. The size of my parents' two-bedroom is really not that much smaller than the 2BR condo they lived in and Mom really made it into a well appointed home. The facility was very helpful in allowing her to have a couple pieces of furniture outside their door. That can happen because the hallways are huge. I would say they are triple wide compared to all other facilities we visited. The pool is very nice and well used. The entire facility is extremely clean.

I’ve been very happy with my experience here. Like many older properties, there are some structural and maintenance challenges, and unfortunately, we haven’t been able to use the pool for about a year. The pool situation has definitely been disappointing, especially because the ventilation equipment is very old and replacement parts are difficult to find. That said, the staff and atmosphere make this place feel like home. I truly feel valued, seen, heard, and cared about. Everyone knows me by name, and the staff are wonderful. I live in the smallest cottage, the “studio,” and I’m pleasantly surprised by how roomy it is. I also have a bonus glassed-in back porch with an ample storage closet, which is perfect for storing seasonal items. I chose not to install a screen or divider between my bedroom and living room, and that arrangement works very well for me. The individually controlled heating and air conditioning work very well in every season. The bathroom is another highlight, especially the huge walk-in shower and the many safety bars throughout the bathroom. Everything feels thoughtfully designed with safety in mind. I even use a shower chair for added peace of mind. I also love having my own washer and dryer. In my unit, they are located right outside the bathroom, which makes laundry incredibly convenient. There is plenty of closet space as well. The kitchen works well for my needs. I rarely cook, and I’ll admit that when it comes to washing dishes, I’m lazy and spoiled! I purchased a small countertop dishwasher, which takes up quite a bit of counter space, but it’s worth it to me. I also have a small countertop microwave. My only real wish for the unit would be more ceiling lighting—I prefer that to having lots of lamps throughout the space. One of my favorite things about living here is how active and social life can be. I stay so busy that I’ve joked with my kids that I may have to go back to work just to relax! I serve on two committees, including hospitality and activities, and I’ve learned to play Mah Jong and joined a group of players. There are also wonderful performers who come for a couple of hours each month, and the social hours are always a lot of fun. I usually choose a soda rather than alcohol, but I love relaxing, laughing with friends, and welcoming new residents. I’ve found it easy to make friends here, and there are many opportunities to get involved and meet people. Overall, while the pool issue has been frustrating, I really appreciate my home, the wonderful staff, and the sense of community. I feel cared for and connected here, and that means a great deal to me.

The information we received was very helpful. We toured the entire facility and a 2 bedrooms apartment and found it clean, well kept, friendly and will suite our needs. However the price is too high unless our long term care policy will cover the costs. We are checking into that now.

I really like living here. The staff are all very accommodating, the place is clean, the residents are friendly and I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one.

Morada Pantego was my favorite of the places APFM sent me. Renting was pleasant and easy. Moving mom in has been harder because it's hard to move when you're 84. However, the staff is caring and helpful. The movers they recommended were great. The apartment is spacious and bright. The residents are very friendly. The activities are fun and inclusive. And mom has reported that the food is delicious. Not everything is happening as quickly as we would like, but I feel like that happens everywhere. Overall, I would say that we are very happy there and feel satisfied that we are getting our money's worth and more.

The size is more than enough for 1 person. Many appliances provided. All of the staff are friendly. The rooms in excellent condition and clean. I'm not moved in yet. Excellent storage is available.

I give them 10 stars! She is showered three days a week. The aides are all very loving. The after hours respond to my calls. I have a camera in her room just as I did in Ohio. I have food in the refrigerator just in case she doesn't eat what they gave her. The memory care director is the the memory care area 5 days a week. She takes them out of the facility on field trips. The field trips I assisted was to the zoo, pizza in the park and the ice cream store.

The staff is caring and attentive. The director of nursing, [name removed] is a jewel. The facility is always clean and fresh. The food is excellent. Nutritionist and chef prepared menus. Activities are plentiful. The calendar helps visitors who might want to attend while their family member is enjoying a favorite activity.

Facility is wheelchair accessible in all areas. Staff is very helpful, friendly, maintenance of facility is very well maintained, and clean in every area; the activities are safe, with varied excellent activities for residents to participate voluntarily. Holidays are celebrated monthly. The professional staff and management are helpful, and any questions or concerns are explained, handled, in a timely manner. Transportation is available and schedules for appointments are available. There is a hair salon on site that is open and available by appointment and paid by individual residents. There is a laundry room available for residents. Food menu is printed out and available for 3 daily meals. Food is served on dining area and is served at tables where residents can socialize and peat. Food is fresh, cooked daily, and options are available if main meal is not preferred. Rating for food is good. Our family member, lives mostly independently here and happy with 1 bedroom, full bath, kitchenette/ living area, with small back porch apartment . There is no wheelchair access to back porch in the apartment. Overall our brother is satisfied with facility.

I didn't tour the facility, justspoke with [name removed] on the phone. He was very nice and helpful but I discovered early that it is not exactly what I am looking for. One thing missing is assisted living in case I need it down the road. I am going to have to pay more to get whatI need....or at least close. I'll keep looking.

Great place for Mom! They were able to move her in ahead of schedule! Great staffing & Management & personal service that has gone above and beyond.

5 for all. We're very well pleased. The activity director does an outstanding job creating meaningful experiences for residents with a wide range of interests. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Resident rooms are bright, well-maintained, and provide a safe and inviting living environment. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for exceptional assisted living care. Yes, I would recommend Morningside of Anderson to other families.

My Mom passed away [date removed]. I appreciate your help with The Palms, unfortunately we didn't have much time there. I highly recommend their staff and facility.
