The whole team at HarborChase has been so wonderful to my dad and our whole family - they truly demonstrate a level of care and thoughtfulness that I did not expect to be able to find anywhere. Our whole experience has been seamless - beginning with the very first calls I had to learn about the facility and figure out what package would be right for my dad. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our fast timeline, assuage the various concerns we had, and ease what could otherwise have been a stressful transition. The facility is spotless, they offer a wide range of activities that keep the residents physically active and mentally stimulated, and they offer different packages to accommodate different levels of care. I am so grateful for the hard work of everyone at Harbor Chase - and how they bring joy into the day of all of the residents with their seemingly endless patience, smiles, and laughter.

Extremely knowledgeable and comforting experience. Would highly recommend! Nice facility with many activities for seniors. The tour that was provided meet all of my expectations. If there was any questions I had they were answered quickly and with additional information that I had not thought of which made my decision easier.

5 on all I was very pleased with her experience !! She passed on [date removed]. She was kept very clean and appeared happy there. The woman who interview with [name removed] was very impressive! She did everything she could do to make my sisters move quick and smooth. She did an excellent job !

The staff is great. Friendly. Accommodating. My mom loves the 4 pm Happy Hour entertainment and events. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend HarborChase of Palm Beach Gardens to other families.

Mom needed a change of life. My wife & I fell in love with Harbor Chase after [name removed] gave us a thorough tour. The staff seemed friendly & fully engaged. The facility is clean, bright, & has a positive energy about it. After a week in Harbor Chase, I truly feel that mom is safe. I also feel my mom is coming out of her lonely shell. She’s engaging with fellow residents, she’s participating in activities, & I think that she’s happy. The food is great as mom is eating like she used to eat. The staff cares about their residents. It shows. I am at peace that mom has found her home. She has mentioned that she misses her old apartment, but that is natural. I see mom getting more & more used to her new environment & I love it.

I moved my mother into memory care. It is always clean and well kept. The nurses and staff are very nice and take wonderful care of my mom. I am very happy that I placed my mom at Harbor Chase!!!!!!!!

Each staff member that I have met have gone out of the way to Accommodate any questions of encums immediately, and that goes for the entire staff, from kitchen, to maintenance, to Nursing + management.

Very accommodating about your concerns and needs. Friendly and very helpful in acclimating new residence to their new home.

It was difficult for my dad to make a decision about moving to an assisted living…but from the moment he walked into Harbor Chase Riverwalk he felt like he was home. The entire staff was welcoming and they took interest in my dad and his care. His interests were important. The apartments are quite roomy and my dad really liked that. The daily events are not only fun, but make my dad feel very independent. I highly recommend and am happy every time my dad says he couldn’t see himself anywhere but Harbor Chase and Riverwalk!!

HarborChase of Dr. Phillips is a fantastic place! The food is excellent. The activities and the food are what my sister loves best. Also, she has nurses that really care for her. I would definitely recommend HarborChase of Dr. Phillips to others!

They come to her room and interact with her daily... Activities director is fantastic. Nurses are caring and they all encourage her to move around...she isn't just in her bed all day Very clean Smells great Food is super nice Family Night activities are fun / festive

We have been very happy with Harbor Chase. Mom had a stroke about 3 weeks ago and has been in the hospital and Rehab since, but she is looking forward to going back soon. Everyone there has been very loving and kind. They are very good about calling me if my mother needs anything or just to let me know how she is doing.

My wife and I are pleased with our choice to live at Harbor Chase.

Mom seems happy. We have not gotten everything we were promised and the staff changes often but overall it's a great place. They need to work on communication between residents and family. it was a new facility and beautiful clean spaces.

This first interaction was the epitome of professional. The director of market was pleasant to us as our first point of contact with the community. The reason we moved forward was her follow through on promises.

My husband and I moved here from south Windsor to be closer to our daughter. We also needed a little help as we no longer are driving or cooking! The staff is very attentive and caring. We enjoy the social opportunities. it feels like home!

Staff is beyond welcoming and literally will help you at any point! they are very sincere and genuine. If there's any issue at all they will address it immediately. their main goal is to keep you happy.
