Very pleased with the overall care and loving treatment my wife receives. The entire staff--administrative, nurses, etc.--all are very attentive to my wife's needs and genuinely care for her as a person.

This facility is really wonderful for my mother. It's more of a home then the others we found. The care workers are great with mom and the dementia she has makes her a bit of a handful. The tease her out of her grumpy mood and make her favorite cake on her birthday. Very loving staff. Thank you!

The caregivers are great. [name removed] answers all of my questions. I love that the facility is familiar with [name removed] O. therapist by way of the webinar. I love [name removed]'s youtube videos. My loved one "helps" wipe down counters AND "does dishes," she likes to be helpful.

Your entire organization has been an absolute pleasure to work with and you all have made things so easy for me. I appreciate you all so much. [name removed] seems to be adjusted and doing well and I know that my dad is more at peace and well rested for the first time in a very long time. I feel like I have two children in their 80's at the moment. I am grateful that you are taking care of her so that I can now focus on my dad and his health and care. You are all very special people- helping those of us who have no clue how to get through everything that you guided me through with ease. Thank you just does not seem to cover it, but know that I am eternally grateful.

I am satisfied with the service my wife has received in the last two years. There are still some issues regards billing by the person who bills both for services received as an Azura resident and as a hospice participant.

Because of the pandemic, I wasn't able to directly assess the facility, but I am very pleased with the care given my stepfather. Their communications are excellent: my questions are answered promptly, and I am kept up-to-date with my stepfather's condition. When he needs extra care, they consult with me and then arrange for what we agree on. When I transferred him there, the staff arranged for a Covid test and a TB test, which saved him a two-week isolation, which he would not have understood. They also arrange for him to stay in touch with my mother, via phone and carefully arranged visits, which makes both of them happy. I have no complaints whatsoever and recommend it strongly.

My dad resides at Azura in Beloit. It is a wonderful place. She is well taken care of and before the virus we ([name removed]) could visit. The staff is always attentive to any concerns we may have.

This is a beautiful facility with kind and consistent staff. Their communication is fantastic.

My sister is 58 years and has early onset dementia lives here. She has received excellent care. The staff is always so caring and patient to make sure she is always taken care of.

Azura has worked extremely hard during the coronavirus epidemic to keep residents safe and as comfortable as possible. I am saddened by the staffing cuts, but I understand they are necessary due to the virus.

My daughter with Alzheimers lives at Azura Memory Care in Wausau, WI for one year now. It is the best possible place for her at this time in her life. All the staff are her angels. They go above and beyond with caring and loving attention to each resident.

My mother was welcomed with big smiles and open arms when she was admitted in early July (and during COVID restrictions). Each and every employee has treated her like a loved one. She is now in hospice care there and we cannot be more pleased with the love and care that she is receiving. The staff keeps us up to date with everything involving her care, even how she eats and how she is feeling and what they talk about. They also care for us (her family) and ask us about our needs.

The staff at Azura Memory Care is doing an excellent job taking care of my 96-year-old mother. She has dementia and they have the training to know how to care for her. They have put into place some actions which have prevented her from falling, which was fairly common before coming to Azura. Mom's family appreciates all they do.

My wife has been at Azura for over a year - the care at Wausau has been great, leadership has been super. They are caring staff. Events, activities have been thoughtful and well designed/food is good and plentiful.

Our mother has been there almost 3 years and even though her dementia has progressed she is always well cared for physically. In addition to addressing her physical needs they always manage to provide social activities (parties for special days, musical entertainment, exercise, religious services, etc.) that keep her active and engaged. She received as much individual attention as possible and is happy and smiling when we visit. She calls it her home.
