My friend is always clean and well cared for. Staff always willing to answer my questions. Place itself is always clean. My friend was happy when we could visit with her.

COVID is making this very difficult. No contact, even outdoor visits, is devastating for us and our loved one. Wish I could see pictures of the inside of the home.. pictures of her bedroom.. of the commons area. However, the staff greets us at the door with smiles and positivity. All my phone calls to [name removed] have been answered promptly and professionally. My aunt is hearing impaired so window visits are very challenging. The staff has been superior. Thank you.

My mom went to Azura after our dad passed away. That would be in the fall of 2016. We have been pleased with her care and like the concept of a smaller facility. It makes it more family-like. If we have questions they are always answered. Also, appreciate that you have no COVID cases at this facility due to your protocol and limiting visits to window visits or facetime.

Mom entered the Azura family on hospice with severe physical and mental concerns. Azura worked well with hospice and both of them kept us informed. Mom loved holiday celebrations and shortly after her arrival, the Azura staff prepared for the Christmas/holiday season. They extensively decorated, had a potluck lunch with special desserts for all of us, and many useful gifts for all residents!! Mom continued to thrive with their lovely care, delicious meals, and outdoor walks. Window/phone visits were quickly established to ease the COVID-19 quarantine. After 7 months she proudly graduated off hospice and is enjoying the fellowship of a few new friends. Azura has certainly helped her regain a healthier, happy life! They are our heroes!

I am very happy that I brought my wife, [name removed] to Azura Memory Care facility in Wausau. The caregivers are very caring and proficient. The facility is clean and the residents are fairly happy. My only disappointment was when [name removed] was let go. In my opinion, she was the shining star of the Wausau Azura.

Azura Memory Care Rib Mt. is wonderful! I feel that my mother [name removed] is very well taken care of. The staff takes such great care of her. They go above and beyond what their jobs are. They truly are so caring and I've seen it first hand. I can't say enough about the loving staff. The place is always so neat and clean. I will always recommend Azura Memory Care to other people. Thank you for making my family feel very secure with our decision to have my mother there.

My mother is a current resident and I am extremely happy with the caregivers and administration at this facility. They all deserve an increase in pay because they all deserve to stay and continue the wonderful care they are giving from their hearts. I would highly recommend this facility and I do to anyone needing additional care for their loved one.

We knew the moment we walked into Azura that was the place for dad. It was home, small, and safe. The staff was amazing and were respectful of the residents and knew how to handle each one individually. I have learned a lot about memory care through the directors and staff which helps our family better each phase of the disease. I am so grateful to the amazing care they provide dad!

The staff at Azura are always helpful and courteous. They send pictures and always call when there is any problems.

We are confident in the level of care and compassionate treatment my father is reviewing and know he is in the best place at this time in his life. Communication of concerns has been good. Unfortunately due to current virus limitations we have not been able to tour this facility but appreciate the deck and window visits allowed.

Wife has only been a patient for a little over 3 weeks. No judgment at this time.

The facility is great. The pharmacy that is supposed to work with Azura is horrible. When they make errors and mistakes on medication, Omnicare will not correct the error! They overcharge the seniors, don't correct the mistakes. Omnicare says they will make the corrections on the medications then don't and go through and correct the errors.

My sister [name removed] has been at Monroe for over a year. Staff have been great with her. She is in hospice now. Has been a hard time for family due to the virus and not being able to visit. We understand completely the situation. Now in hospice have visited her a few times.

They take excellent care of my mom. Really go the extra mile to make her feel at home. Food is good. She is always clean and her medical needs are communicated and taken care of quickly.

The care that patients receive at Azura is outstanding! The staff is well trained, and communicated effectively and with caring attitudes with family members about their loved ones. The facility is well maintained and located in a peaceful environment. Also, the facility is not so large that patients and staff get to know each other on a more personal level.

Great staff and facility.

This may be the best place for anyone with memory problems, but for my wife [name removed] it has been a lifesaver. They take great care to make sure she is cared for and happy. I believe the people have helped my wife live longer because of their care. I love all personnel at Azura Stoughton.

My mother's currently living at Azura Stoughton. Me and my two sisters are very pleased with the management and her care. She can be a challenging resident and they (staff and mgmt) handle her with love, resident, and setting limits with her. We are very happy with her care and needs. She has a nice family at Azura, especially during these times.

Great TLC and understanding of dementia. Very attentive to their care and needs. Homelike atmosphere, very inviting. Home-cooked meals and fun activities.
