Novellus has some of the most caring staff that work incredibly hard to make Novellus a comfortable and happy home for their residents. They are truly so kind and make everyone feel welcome and like family. It’s truly beautiful how compassionate they are!

This facility has some of the most lovely staff members! You can tell they truly care about their residents. They are very communicative with families and service providers which results in A+ care. I have no current knowledge of the food services, as I do not interact with that part of the facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Novellus Clairemont. We moved my mother (102 years old) there six months ago after living on her own and it has been a fantastic experience in every way. All of the staff members are extraordinarily kind and helpful and go out of their way to take care of her. They are patient, responsive, and look after many details, including picking out a cute outfit for her to wear every day. The residents are very friendly and have made a point of saying hi to my mom and calling her by name even though she doesn’t see or hear well. My mother is delighted to be there and keeps saying she is living in luxury. The dining staff is amazing, providing wonderful meals and special treats. The housekeeping and laundry services are excellent and do a beautiful job. The cost is very reasonable. I absolutely would recommend Novellus Clairemont to anyone.

It's so nice of Novellus to take care of so much for us. Everybody is so nice. We got a great move in deal. Novellus has really exceeded my expectations. Novellus feels homey, and the other residents have been friendly. They met all the needs for my family member. I am happy we found such a nice place for her to live.

My husband lived at Novellus Kingwood from October 2023 until his death on December 10, 2023. He had good care while he was there. The staff are all amazing and loving. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing this kind of care.

My loved one has lived here for since 2016. She loves and staff, activities and the food! This place is truly a gem to our family. They have been by my loved one side every step of the way and it's been a blessing.

Memory care activities and engagement is truly above the normal standard. The care staff and services are STELLAR! My family and I appreciate the staff consistent dedication to working with my Dad. My Dad affectionately refer to this place as “home”! We picked him up for the Thanksgiving holiday with the intent he would stay for a week. The 2nd day into his visit with family, he demanded he be taken back “home” and that confirmation we made the right decision. He loves this place and considers it home which is a HUGE compliment coming from my Dad. (LOL)

Care givers are competent, patient, generous and friendly, Activity people are very encouraging residents participation ensuring all residents are aware of the schedule activities; all personal helpful.

We are living on this community for couples months now, This facility is small witch is a plus. The Staff its friendly and competent .

Caregivers and med tech do a good job, dining staff its a very good quality of food its great, activities staff its always on top, happy hours are good, social club and holiday celebrations are a plus

only i have month living here, i was very afraid everything was new, but this is a big family, staff was very nice and sweet, residents too, this place care about you. it's a community you can trust.

Caregivers and all staff members do a amazing job every day. the always go a mile extra to make sure we are ok. Activities are every day, very good and party's are great, full house, food its good, different option for everyone.

I've lived here over 2 years now. and I'm very pleased. i live at another one for 2 years. but it wont even come near the quality of this ( novellus). The personal its very careering and loving. The make it very homey instead of just a place to live .

Novellus Kingwood its a great community for anybody, its a very clean place, food and staff its amazing. this place can be another home for a family member. its 24 hrs care on the building, 7 days a week have activities, different church service during the week, transportation also its provide.

I like this place its clean, staff is friendly, they care about you. food its good. we always clean. i was a little scare when i move because everything was new for me, but all staff was so nice and care about me. this place can be trust.

I enjoy it there its a clean nice and very comfortable. They food and snacks are very good. we get to go local trips and restaurant too. Activities are very good. out Thanksgivings dinner was amazing .
