I moved my mom to Oakmont of Carmichael memory care, I wouldn't be happier, the staff are trained to work with people with Dementia, they re-direct them in a way where they don't get agitated, they have an eye on them all the time, they have a routine in their memory care to ensure residents are well engaged and cared for. Shout out to [name removed], he keeps the residents busy with activities. They also have a super food program which is really unique.

Staff provide ongoing support, supervision, and encouragement to promote the resident’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being. The resident’s needs are monitored regularly, and the care plan is updated as necessary to ensure appropriate support and quality of life.

My dad moved into this community, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff is welcoming and caring, the food is delicious, and there are so many fun activities to keep residents engaged and social. It’s wonderful to see him settling in and feeling at home. We’re so grateful to have found such a lovely place for him!

We really enjoyed touring this community! The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was well cared for. It gave us a great first impression and feels like a wonderful place to call home. The tour was informative, and all of our questions were answered with patience and care.

My husband was a resident in memory care/hospice care for 1 month + 1 day. He received loving care in this spotlessly clean facility. The gardens are lovely, the public areas are beautifully appointed, and the residents’ apartments are roomy and modern. Staff, administration and caregivers, is exceptional. They couldn’t have been more attentive to my husband and our family.

We are so happy to have found such a wonderful community for my mom. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth, kindness, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are amazing, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s comforting to know that my mom is surrounded by people who treat her with compassion and make sure she feels safe, comfortable, and at home. The care is excellent, the food is enjoyable, and the entire community has such a positive, family-like feeling. Choosing a place for your loved one is never easy, but this community has given us peace of mind and reassurance that my mom is in good hands. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place for her, and I’m so thankful to the entire team for everything they do!

Oakmont of Las Vegas was the perfect fit for my dad. He enjoyed his days playing penny poker, porker, bingo and the weekly happy hour with entertainment. All the staff were amazing no matter what their job was: • Activities Staff • Front Desk • Administrative Staff • Med Techs & Aids • Culinary & Serving Staff • Maintenance Department • Housekeeping • Hair Salon Executive Director, [name removed] and Medical Services Director, [name removed] always have time for a chat and if they don’t, they would follow up. The staff at Oakmont show love, care and respect for the residence. They work hard and have a great deal of stress. They have the lives of others loved ones in their hands, but they treat each resident like they are part of their own family. I miss my dad everyday but know that he spent his last days being happy, cared for respected and above all having fun. Thank you Oakmont.

I toured several places that [name removed] at "A Place for Mom" had recommended based on my clients needs & budget. This was a hard decision for my client to give up his independance & home. The minuted we walked in the door we were greeted by the receptionist. Their was a Welcome Sign encased in a picture frame with our names on it, class act! [name removed]met with us in a private office. She was calming, very knowledgable, passionate & you could tell she really cared about her residents. She took us on a tour of the facililty & showed us 1 & 2 bedrooms. She introduced [name removed] to residents & staff & we had lunch in the dining room. Her tour & customer service skills were far superior to most. I have been in Customer Service & Real Estate for 40 years. [name removed] felt at home & after visiting other facilities decided to move into Oakmont. We also met [name removed] the director & she was terrific. He has made friends already. [name removed] has helped me with other Clients too, love her, [name removed] & staff.

Oakmont of Santa Clarita is a very clean, welcoming community with truly caring staff. During my respite stay. Everyone took the time to make me feel comfortable and at home, which I deeply appreciated. The only challenge was that my very specific anti-inflammatory diet was difficult to accommodate, but overall the care, kindness, and environment were excellent.

Very happy with the situation. The Evergreen staff are professional and personable. They take very good care of my mother-in-law in a very pleasant environment. The activities that are available really help to stimulate and entertain the residents. The meals and snacks are healthy and inviting.

Facility looked good and the appeared to be very attentive. The location is not ideal for us but overall my first impression was that it is a place I would feel comfortable with my mom being there

I had a great tour at Ivy Park. I liked the ambience of the place right away - a resident was playing show tunes when I walked in (his daily mini concert). I got a good feel for the place and was able to see both the studio and 2 bedroom options. The staff was very helpful and attentive and the residents were friendly. It was bright and clean and the units were spacious. There weren’t any outdoor spaces, but for my purposes it works just fine.

Everyone was very friendly, facilities were clean and inviting. Food was excellent. Great overall experience.

Upon entering Oakmont of the lakes we were greeted by friendly staff - we were guided through the facilities -shown the dining room -craft room etc plus the efficiency 1 room we were interested in- We were impressed of the various activities and services that were being offered-we decided on the spot this was the best place for my brother who had recently suffered a stroke which caused his blindness along with his heart condition - he also uses a walker- I hope my brother is happy with our choice - I live in Arizona and was looking for a safe place my brother could enjoy.

I stayed at the Carlotta in 2019 while recovering from a knee replacement. I was very happy with the treatment I received. Now in 2026 it is a very different facility especially undergoing an update remodel. I was very pleased with the various choices available for me to consider when I’m ready to move in. I found the Casitas to be the choice I would probably make.

I love the Ivy. Other than the food, I think they are awesome. They take good care of my dad and are very communicative. The food is not very good.

Very nice facility and friendly staff. The only thing that was unclear to me was the cost of level of care for assisted living based on the point system. This facility is a top contender for my loved one.

5 across the board. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities including live music. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with vaulted ceiling
