I never met the new Executive Director or the Marketing Manager so don't have any input on them (both were hired after my mother was already a resident. [name removed] (business manager) was absolutely phenomenal to work with! So helpful with any paperwork (insurance and otherwise) that I had. I also cannot say enough about [name removed], the Concierge at the front desk. Truly a remarkable lady who is very helpful and organized. [name removed] (Director of Nursing) is fantastic at her job and goes the extra mile in explaining how assessments are done. There are many other staff that work under [name removed] that are kind and caring. Always willing to help any resident with whatever one needs. My suggestion to anyone choosing to move to Pegasus would be for the family to be engaged and get to know the folks that will be caring for their family member. Ask them their names (and remember them)! I think that truly makes a difference with your experience.

The friendliness and welcoming spirit, the quality of care Mom is getting, the food is better, the nurses and cna's are so sweet and caring.

I like the activities that I see and the people going on. Even the residents are very friendly. The staff is extremely friendly. So far, so good and the financing or the prices are really good to get you. In they've been the most reasonable. I've looked at over 20 assisted living places for my mom and I kept coming back here. The place is extra clean and when I started looking, they've done some painting. And fixing up and they're constantly renovating and remodeling units, and so on. I don't have any complaints about That facility at all at this time

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The move in process was easy. Our parents love the food options, cleanliness of the facility and attentive care they receive.

I am beyond grateful to have found Greenhaven Place for my Dad. This the third assisted living my Dad has lived at and it is by far the best. The care my Dad receives is phenomenal. They have really taken the time to get to know my Dad and understand his needs. My Dad is happy there and has lots of friends. I am grateful that my Dad will be able to spend his remaining years at Greenhaven Place because it is home to my Dad.

Having to move my parents to an assisted living facility was not ever in my plans. But, the time came and we needed help. My daughter and I visited a few facilities and Ridgeland Place was THE absolute best. We knew right away that this was where they would be happy. The management and ALL of the staff literally go above and beyond every single day! Mom and Dad go on and on about the activities and entertainment. I am very comfortable and rest easy knowing they are being well taken care of when I cant be there.

My father was a resident of Sun City West Assisted Living in that section for a short time and then in their Memory Care section. At all times, I found ALL of the staff to be not only professional but also very caring, knowledgeable, and flexible. They go out of their way to provide good food and entertainment and activities for their residents. They communicated everything I could possibly need to know about my father while he lived there. When my father was getting close to passing, they were especially thoughtful and respectful and caring, which helped so much at that difficult time. I found the facility to be clean and quite pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The staff was very helpful. Very willing to serve our needs and helpful. All activities they shared were very good. He loved the food We were very satisfied with all their care. Our overall experience was very good. We thank them for their care. Truly they went over and beyond for us

The Village is the perfect spot for my 102 year old Aunt. The staff are so loving and caring. She had no problems transferring to her new home. So thankful we found this Memory care .. would certainly recommend this caring facility

Personnel are always friendly, efficient and dependable. When experience a problem that problem is taken care of and solved as soon possible. Activities are regent and avaliable to all residents who would like to participate. The bus trips are well organized with a competent safe driver.

My mom has been at Bridgewood now for several years. She is very happy there and everyone is so good and nice to her. I have never been to Bridgewood Gardens that it didn't smell good or very clean. Also, if I need any questions answered there is always some one that will take care of it for me. Myself I've just become past of the family!!

I am very happy with SHV. The two categories that I gave a 4 on - food and activities - I have not eaten there, but my Mom has lunch with Dad every day. The lunch has improved over the course of the few months Dad has been there - according to my Mom. And the activities in Memory Care got a 4 because Dad doesn't participate much. I do not know if that is because of him or because of the activity. Probably because of him.

We were in need of memory care for my Dad. We were referred to Bridgewood Gardens and have been very happy with how well they worked with us and my Dad to get him set up in his own room. His room is spacious and is very clean. He is happy with the move and everyone is so nice and caring and helpful. He loves the food, and is encouraged to join in on activities and outings. We are so thankful we found just the right place for my Dad, and we know that he is surround with loving caring people. I don't think we could have found a more beautiful, clean, and friendly place.

Everyone was always helpful and friendly. They took the time to get to know everyone. My dad was at Pegasus Landing while receiving treatments in the metro that aren't available in his small hometown. The goal was for him to receive assisted living care for a few months so he could focus on treatments and healing. Pegasus landing was amazing by giving him a comfortable place, great food, fun activities, and caring staff.

Everyone is super nice to us and our Mom. I truly appreciate everyone I have had contact with. We are fortunate to be able to have our Mom in this facility. As hard as it was to give up her home she has adjusted very well.
