I can only speak to cleanliness, no concerns there. Staff is very accommodating. My MIL has settled in nicely and loves it there.

Staff helpful and address issues as they come up. Some issues may take longer to resolve, but they get fixed if you keep letting them know. Friendly staff. Felt like family when first visiting and still do.

Everyone is kind and helpful and patient. I really appreciate that staff seems very genuine in their caring attitude in the way they deal with and speak to the residents.

I would rate a 5 on all except #8. I honestly don't know what other facilities are charging. With that said, if it were comparable, then I would rate it a 5. Just knowing my mother is well taken care of is worth it. Thank you again for your help in this transition. We're coming up on our 1st yr anniversary and I couldn't have done it without A Place for Mom!!

My only concern is having a charge for having food delivered to our room per meal. I am in a wheelchair and do not really like eating in the dining room nor does my husband-anyway That would be nice if there was a monthly fee instead - since we pay for meals in the rent.

You can tell the staff in memory care truly cares about the people there. Would recommend.

Very helpful and professional. Went above and beyond expectations. Yes, we would recommend The Courtyards at Mountain View to other families based on the experience so far.

A few things that stand out is it is very clean, friendly - kitchen could use some work. I would recommend Whispering Winds to others who are searching for a place.

This is a facility that retrieves Mother's phone when she loses it! Which is quite often! The nurses are very cooperative + understanding to situations which occur often! We are happy + pleased with the caring of the employees towards our Mother! Thank you!

We continue to be impressed with the care, facilities, communication, and staff at The Renaissance. They're great! Would recommend! It's really a wonderful place and the residents seem engaged and happy.

Since Town Village is an independent living facility, the quality of care can't be rated in the same way as a continuing care facility. The emphasis here is on "aging in place," which includes fitness training for balance, chair yoga, water exercise, and even meditation. Value for cost is hard to rate. Rent is high, and it increases annually. We looked at many facilities and found so many things here that were superior to the others that we chose to pay the very most we could afford.

My mom needs double assistance cause she can't stand, and she needs memory care, South Hill village provides her needs. Have not noticed anything to complain about.

What I really like about the community - The friendly staff, the amenities at her place, the cleanliness of her place, the options available for add on care when it's needed, great food, services meet her needs, doc at home option through Reliant, response time to her questions and needs.

First off my case manager [name removed] was absolutely fabulous! She helped me every step of the way. I would use A Place for Mom again with no question. The facility was clean the room she had was fabulous with a little patio outside she loved it. What food she ate was very good, she had a different sleeping times so it was hard for her to get to breakfast because she wasn't awake yet. She had been a nurse for almost 50 years doing the night shift so it was hard for her too try and change her sleeping habits. So it would have been nice had she been able to pick up some extra things in the kitchen at off times. Everyone was very pleasant she enjoyed the extracurricular activities.

5! This place was amazing and we were very sorry to leave. Extremely friendly and caring staff.

We had no idea how long our Mom would be in Skilled Nursing but we also knew it wasn’t safe for her to go home and live by herself. LAFP was the first place we toured. We then visited a handful of other places but some were just too big of a world for our Mom. Something kept bringing us back to LAFP. It wasn’t too big and in fact it was a small enough community that we felt was manageable. The bonus was they really provided the confidence we needed to make a new home for Mom. They meet your loved one where they are. They are open to you having a monitor camera as it takes a team to care for the resident. It is 6 weeks later and we are happy with our decision. The first few weeks were critical to ensure they knew Mom and us (my brother and I). The residents are welcoming and the staff care while also giving the residents as much independence as possible. There are plenty of activities and the food is ok (well-balanced). Apartments are well maintained and better than many we toured.

I cannot rave enough about the excellent, Caring staff at Pegasus Landing of Mesa. Our loved one was welcomed, known by her name & if we needed something and pressed the call button, we had someone in our room within 5 minutes. The nurses and staff always had a smile on their face and gave positive encouragement. The facility was clean and pleasant.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I got tired of the menu not changing a lot week to week so I ate out several times per week which shouldn't happen for the high rent paid each month.

The Legacy at Town Square is such a beautiful place. The staff were all very nice and friendly and caring. I'm so happy my dad spent the last two months of his 97 1/2 years surrounded by their loving and caring staff.

From the first encounter to meeting with staff revealed a super professional interaction. The facility was exceptionally clean, fresh and well appointed. I have been Impressed with every aspect of my experience while on boarding a gentleman I’m responsible for during a difficult season in his life.
