We had a really great experience with our father living at a Moran Vista. He would tell us how much he liked it there. The manager [Removed] was very helpful and kind. A great staff too

Just a few words to express my appreciation to [Removed], Nurse [Removed], and your staff for the care and compassion you have shown to my brother. Our family cannot thank you enough for meeting the challenges my brother's care has presented at times. [Removed] and all the staff are always welcoming and professional. Because of the our family's experience, I highly recommend Moran Vista to anyone seeking senior living or assisted living needs.

My elderly mother has lived here for the 4 years or so. She came into the facility in rather bad health both physically and mentally. In fact she started out in the lock down area. However with care and time she was able to move to the general population. She is very fragile and they have been very good with her. I greatly appreciate all that they do to keep her going. The Executive Director [Removed] takes a great interest in all the people living there which I know has meant a Great Deal to my mother. Thank You

I can't express enough in words how great this staff is. It has been a long stressful journey for myself and husband getting my mom and step dad out of a horrible facility in Nevada from elder [Removed], to a safe place BEFORE transferring them closer to me from that state. Everything should have been against us and in our way (as I only had 4 weeks too make it happen). I walked in, sat down with [Removed] and cried from every emotion I had built up trying to find out where and how to start. Its all history from there, everything fell into place with all the contacts she provided as well as her personal help. It has been 6 months now and they are both healthier and more alive with spunk thanks too the caring nature of all who work in this facility. Thank you for all you do everyday, its not easy and its alot of work but the residents don't feel that. You are all amazing! [Removed]

Our sister has been at Moran Vista for 7 months. [Removed], the director, has been incredibly helpful with out difficult situation. I read others' comments and I wish I could tell them how much better Moran Vista has been than the other facilities we have tried since our sister's onset. [Removed] has been so helpful and we see him often when we visit-- something that never, ever happened at other facilities. When we return our sister back after an outing, she is warmly greeted by every staff as we pass. They have been SO kind and considerate. Our sister is not easy to care for so we don't expect her room, clothes, and personal effects to be up to home care standards; group living is very different than home. We are thankful for kindness, safety, and patience.

I have not been there too many times as mom has been in the hospital much of the time since getting in there, but as far as I can tell from the limited experience that I have had everyone there has been exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent community that is really nice and accommodating. The staff is really kind and they really work with the residents. They seem to really care about everyone. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

The manager Lisa Wagner was very friendly and helpful, she is one of the reason we decided to move to this community. They offer a variety of services for the price they are charging. The location of the property is close to my family. We are very excited to move into the community. Overall it is just a very good community.

The Facility has really worked with my family in caring for both my dad and mother. They really make sure that they have all that is needed. They provide transportation to their Doctors and back. They make sure that they both are eating when they should be.

We brought our mother to Moran Vista last December after her husband died. It was a time of much stress, chaos, and unknown. Moran Vista welcomed Mom with open arms and helped her to establish a new life. With the health care, reminders of daily care, many activities at Moran Vista plus the off-site ventures, Mom has really made a 180 degree change and is now loving life. When I called her yesterday, she advised that she would have to call me later as her yoga class was starting. Thank you all at Moran Vista!

Great and caring staff. Reasonable rates and the facility is clean and comfortable.

Brighton Court was able to help me through a tough time with a necessary decision with my mother. I had an immediate need with needing to place her in a safe, caring, thoughtful setting in a very short time period for a respite care stay. I will definitely be looking to place her there for a permanent solution after I negotiate through my mom's financing issues and the sale of her home.

The people at Firwood Gardens are all very friendly and they have done a very good job making my parents feel special and welcome, making sure they knew their names and were a part of the community. It's been a very positive experience.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sapphire at Bridgecreek. Overall, my loved one was well cared for, but they seemed understaffed for the amount of clients that they had. They had a hard time getting and keeping employees. They had some that were very dedicated to helping.

So it's been good. It's close to home so easy to visit. We have only run into issue w food delivery could be faster. Caregivers have been very helpful would like to see more. Spouse is on hospice so her experiences are limited. Activities are ok her participation is limited. I would recommend to others.

This place is incredible, really. My experience looking at different facilities was truly eye-opening. The facilities were on par money-wise but were dreary and very institutional. Sapphire at Moran Vista is comfortable and warm feeling. The staff are pretty much all great and very personable. It just felt right from the very first meeting with [Name removed]! She is genuine, knowledgeable, and has been incredibly helpful through intake to the Medicaid process. Title would say, 'Topnotch place for my mom and my family!' Thank you for helping me find this place. Such a relief to know she's being looked after, cared for and assisted here.

I have been very pleased with the staff and admin here. They are caring with my dad. The food is very good.

Our sister really likes the smaller scale of this community, it gives off more of a small atmosphere and it has been easy for her to get to know other residents. Right now due to covid there are no planned activities, but people can still come and go as they please.

Our family had an in person tour and it started off a little rock, the lady who was supposed to give the tour was on vacation so someone else had to step it. The place was just a little to busy for our loved one and it was very open and we wanted something more secured.
