[name removed] gave us a tour and was very attentive and answered all of our questions. The facility was very pretty and seems like a perfect fit for my dad.

Was sent to facility from a place for mom. We were looking for IL and The Chateau is AL. We still asked for a tour and per pleasantly surprised. We loved it. We look forward to keeping in touch.

My sister and I have toured the Chateau of Batesville and we only have good things to say. Such an amazing and attentive staff. Loved our lunch we received. We enjoyed our entire experience. Thank you for being prompt.

I loved their MC department, Everyone is so nice to the family members and residents- the activities are always going on! Thank you Waterford on Cooper! You guys rock! I recommend this MC to families that's looking for a nice home-for their love ones!

Staff is very helpful. Room is too larger but comfortable. Working on getting a smaller room. Residents are all welcoming and friendly. Cafeteria food is good. Grounds are kept up well. I take a lot of walk. Would like some more level side walks.

! Staff is amazing, activities are great, assigned seating for meals promotes friendships and inclusion. [name removed] the executive director is phenomenal. No complaints at all. Apartment studio is perfect size. My mom just told me Monday how much she loves living there!

I visit my sister weekly and the staff at North Pointe is friendly and very compassionate. When you come inside the door the love starts, So happy we were able to get my sister here.

North Pointe is an amazing place. Filled with love. A home like place. The staff was the best to her. She was spoiled by them. [name removed] is an amazing Executive director. The management team goes above and beyond for the residents. I would recommended North Pointe to all my family and fiends

Friendly, well fed and I feel safe. Food is healthy, staff and residents are fun to be around. Happy hour, entrainment, stationary bikes, library has many choices to choose from, interesting subjects

Very pleased with the Ashton. They take very good care of my disabled brother. My parents were also residents. Director [name removed] has been very helpful. I would highly recommend the Ashton to others.....

My brother, who is disabled, is well taken care of at The Ashton. The nurses take care of all of his needs, especially since he is diabetic and uses a Dexcom. And [name removed], the Executive Director, is top notch!!! She is compassionate and understanding!!!

Mom moved into Whitley Place Memory Care 11 months ago after neglect at another facility that landed her in the hospital. The executive director worked through New Year’s helping me make the move work and an easy transition for mom. The staff immediately was on top of her care and recovery. More importantly, [name removed], the Memory Care Director came into our lives that day and has been the best thing to happen to us since Mom has been on this journey from Assisted Living to Memory Care. I didn’t think it was possible to find such a loving, compassionate, professional, caring person in this industry, but [name removed] is an angel sent to care for her residents. She has high expectations creating an atmosphere of love, nurturing, respect and accountability while ensuring cleanliness, activities and engagement, loving the residents and their families as her own. This place is amazing thanks to [name removed]and her leadership; our family is so thankful for her and her team. Mom is happy and we can relax.

A good reason to be here is not just the staff but also the other residents. They are truly a community that supports and looks out for each other. The main thing that sold me was how the staff is readily available, helpful and supportive to all of the community and office doors are open to whomever comes in. [name removed], the Sales Manager, has an energy that is hard to find and unforgettable.

This place is great and very reasonable price wise. It is a very nice facility, the staff could not be more helpful and nice, there is something for everyone; library, hair salon, shuttle to stores nearby, activities every week for residents. It is clean and offers many services at no extra cost. They offer many meal selections daily. They provide a resident mentor for new folks to show them how everything works and introduces them to new people everyday for the first 2 weeks. My mother loves it there. She has a patio and a beautiful view onto a nature area with walking paths.

The Waterford is ran by amazing staff. Recently I came in from out of town to visit my aunt, and was awed by how the staff seemed to genuinely care for their residents. The receptionist was warm and friendly and very helpful, and care staff were attentive and kind. Lots of activities for my aunt to do. [name removed], the business director, was very friendly and had helped my mom with questions she had. All in all, was very impressed!!
