When we first toured the facility, we were met with a warm and friendly greeting by the Sales Director. He showed us a few of the community spaces and a couple apartments. After agreeing to one of them he helped us through the entire onboarding process. It went really smooth. Now my grandma has been there for a few months and she really enjoys the different volunteer groups that come in to sing or play instruments. She said one day they even had mini horses! Thank you Waterford!

I recently joined the team at The Wellington at North Richland Hills, and even in my first couple of weeks, I’ve been so impressed by the warmth and kindness here. The residents have been incredibly welcoming, and our Executive Director works tirelessly to make sure everyone is cared for and supported. The food is great, and the environment is positive and friendly. As an employee, I’m genuinely proud to work here and excited to be part of such a caring community.

Top to bottom. All the staff are involved in our safety and well being. Always a solution for anybody who asks. Simple residence to maneuver to dining room, activities and access for family or VNA. Access for outside experience around the property around a beautiful neighborhood as well as Villas sponsored outings. Once again food staff is very versatile and menu is always delicious. Activities for everyone books, games, bingo care staff is wonderful and led by top caring mngt. Top honors to executive director.

My first impression was wonderful, I was greeting by friendly informative staff, it smelled wonderful and very clean. The residents were doing activities and lots of smiles. The room was spacious, it felt like a safe environment.

I came here to spread Christmas cheer with a group of women, and it was lovely clean and very inviting. All of the residents seemed very well cared for and happy. I loved seeing their smiling faces and being a part of their joy!

I went to go tour the facility before Thanksgiving. My purpose was to go and check out the place. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff and I asked about the facility. The staff were pleasant and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I toured the apartments to see what type of space is provided for the residents. The model apartment has a very nice set up, and I can see my parents maybe living there.

Very good place for elderly relatives. They are well taken care of. Building is clean and atmosphere is positive. Employees are kind and will have a conversation with you. Cost is a bit high but isn’t everything with today’s inflation?

The staff and managers are always available and help us when it comes to my grandparents. Strongly recommend The Waterford. My grandparents are in their 90s and I very much appreciate this facility and their staff helping in every way they can.

We spent an afternoon Volunteering with the residents- visiting and serving ice cream floats. Great staff. Clean facility. Happy residents!

I was a volunteer today and the residents are lovely and sweet. They enjoyed our company!

We were in a bind finding a home for our mom from a rehab facility with a few days notice. Waterford was very accommodating and made her feel comfortable in a unsettling situation. The staff is great, a variety of food that tastes great, cool library and fun activities for the residents. Feels as much like a home as possible.

The wellness staff is led by a very capable RN her caregiver staff quietly help residents with activities of daily living and accouraging StoryPoint Libertyville, dispensing meds. The chef and staff produce and serve excellent food. Security is enhanced with a 24/7 front desk and camera system. Active day events are well attended. After dinner and weekend activities enhanced by active residents volunteers.
