I call it "the next step before heaven."

Such a beautiful community. The residents enjoy so many activities throughout the day. Many programs are set up for the residents with memory impairment. The community is so clean. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. if you’re searching for excellence, search no further.

The community is safe, clean, has friendly staff. All residents seem well taken care and happy. They have wonderful activities that keep residents busy.

All the staff of this facility are great. All are very friendly and respectful. The greatest comment is how I always see the staff interaction with the residents. Staff also always interact with the families as well. The staff is consistently letting family members know exactly what is going on with the resident. Great staff...Great staff.

[name removed] is such an amazing part of the Addison Staff. She is warm, welcoming, and caring. She treats the staff, residents, and their families like they are all a part of the family. [name removed] made my mom's transition (and mine) so easy.

I was able to participate in the community's annual Thanksgiving dinner last night where families could join their loved one and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. All the staff were so welcoming, caring, and attentive to the residents and their guests. The food was incredible. The dining room was decorated with festive Fall decor. The team at The Jasper of Mansfield really put a lot of effort in ensuring this event created a special memory for the residents and their families. I was impressed by everyone that helped.

The community is clean, inviting and the staff are so friendly! The community was very welcoming, and I really enjoyed all the services that they have to offer. They have a physician group that comes in to provide services as well!

This community hosts entertainment events for the residents, families and staff often. The energy is felt the moment you walk in the door. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is incredible too!

The staff were friendly. My brother [name removed] enjoyed the outings. Especially eating at Golden Coral. The nurses kept me posted when [name removed] needed refills on his prescriptions.

I recently toured this community. The staff were so friendly and caring. I loved the nice spaces they have for residents to gather. The area they have for residents with memory impairments is lovely. So cute and homelike!

The food is very good! The homemade soup is the best I have ever had. Especially the homemade tomato soup. The chef should promote and sell it. Everyone is helpful and nice. Making friends. The building is very clean!

The staff are very conscientious. They are proactive and will notify me with any changes or concerns. They will notify me of any equipment needs. My Dad enjoys the food and going to the dining room to eat. He really enjoys the fireplace. The place is bright and nicely decorated. It is always clean. His room is a nice size for him to get around in.

My father was only there for two weeks until he passed. They were kind to my father. He loved the idea of activities offered but was unable to participate. The menu was fantastic!

The Thanksgiving dinner had everything you could ever ask for in a dinner for Thanksgiving and everything was so good. I mean very very very good and I used to be a cook for a living a few years back. And oh and it's so good I was really impressed and everybody's so nice. Thank you so much!

I work with hospice and I have had several clients that live here. It is an assisted living and also takes care of memory care residents. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely. Staff is always helpful. The facility is gorgeous! In the Eastlake neighborhood so great location as well!

I visited the facility because they had a photographer, taking pictures of residence and their families. It was a really nice event that allowed families to take pictures with our family members who live there.

I enjoy coming into this wonderful Magnolia facility the residence are wonderful the workers and employers the managers greet me they're nice to me I will recommend this place to anyone [name removed] is lovely so that's the end
