I needed someone to go with my mother-in-law to appointments. I chose this agency and used them twice. They were extremely professional and helpful. They were very responsive and called me back right away. I was able to get support that I needed. I absolutely would recommend them to family and friends.

My father is getting good from the care giver that comes to assist with his needs. She knows what to do and helps out all the time in many areas. We are happy that she is always on time for us. We would recommend this to others for in home care.

My step-mom is very happy with the care and environment at this community. I think the care has been excellent for my mom. The communication is good between the staff and I. This is a community that I would recommend to someone.

It has been working out fine for my family and dad. The staff are doing a great job with the care they provide. I have a clear communication with the staff and they are providing all they are suppose to do for my dad. It is a clean community for everybody.

Our experiences with this home care agency were pretty good. She will be moving into a community now. We had some problems with getting the care giver's out to her home at the right time. They were helping with some cooking, cleaning, and personal care. The agency was very kind and courteous.

Great to work with, was able to schedule for an emergency situation at the last minute. Home care nurses did a great job for my parents!

The Home Care Assistance Agency has been very nice so far. The administrative staff has been very nice. The service they provide is great, I really like the fact their employees drive. We have found that to be very helpful.

We are truly blessed with the help we are getting from 123 Home Care. We could be any happier with the lady's they have sent over to us. The agency and the people there are just really nice and helpful with everything. As far as we are concern we are doing just fine. We could had picked a better agency or people to help us they have been like angels.

The experience with Home Care Assistance has been an all around good experience. My mom really likes her friend/caregiver and seems to be adjusting very well to getting the help. The process to start services was very professional and the agency definitely paired Mom with the right caregiver. She is there mainly to serve as a companion and Mom enjoys the time! She takes her shopping and to the beauty parlor. I couldn't be happier with the experience so far.

Jenny [removed] Appt on Friday (9/11) at 10 Min. 3 hrs @ $24/hr. Jenny did a great job listening to mom. Patience, yet driving a necessary discussion. Mom liked her listening as well. Like that she take lots of notes. Jenny choose not to go meet with dad. Which was a puzzlement to me. How can she make a thorough recommendation.

Home Care Assistance has been really good to us. We hired them for extra help for my Dad since he is the primary caregiver of my Mom. Since starting services things have been going as good as we can expect them to go. I would recommend.

We used Home Care Assistance as a companion. My husband I were going on vacation, and we didn't want the gentleman with us to be alone for the length of time we would be gone. But the staff liked him, and he liked the staff, and we could ask at the last minute for something and they'd take care of it. It was great.

Things with Home Care Assistance are working out very well. The person that we have coming out really extends himself and goes out of his way to really help out. He is very personable and friendly, able to talk sports and history with my husband, etc. Everything about them has been great and I highly recommend them.
