What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very friendly, and very understanding. They worked with us to make sure we could get her in there. Yes, we would recommend University Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

Maintenance takes forever! Very frustrating. Residents are great! Very nice and friendly. Restaurant needs help with customer service and quality of food.

The staff has been extremely accommodating, but a few things weren't in place when we moved my Mom in. She's struggling emotionally with the move and feeling alone, but the staff has made a concerted effort to get her to activities and introduce her to new people.

The value for cost is a borderline 5. Vitalia is a bit pricier than some similar facilities, but also would deal with my mom's gluten allergy when others wouldn't. What we like the most about the community is Easy to navigate in the building, not a maze of narrow hallways like some older facilities. Clean & tidy. Close to my house. Accommodating a gluten free diet

It is a beautiful place and I enjoy the pool, activities, plus the movies on traveling around the world. I am enjoying my many new friends.

My mom was at Boulevard from [date removed] to [date removed], when she passed away. She was in Assisted Living for about 3 months, before moving to Memory Care. The facilities are very nice, and the workers are great, helpful, and knowledgeable. She enjoyed the food, and I very much appreciated that they could give her medicine, clean her room, and wash her clothes.

The staff are very friendly. The residents are also. The food is fair I would say. They did just get a new Chef. You receive 3 meals a day. Restaurant hours say 7:00 to 7:00 but food is not available that whole time. However most of it. The one bedroom apartment is the perfect size. A very good layout. The bedroom accommodations our king size bed with some room to walk around. There is a good size MB closet. Kitchen is laid out very well with a counter you can it at. Housekeeping comes once a week. Does no heavy cleaning but dusts vacuums. Cleans bathroom does the floors. There are lots of activities to be involved in. I am pleased with choosing the Boulevard at Wentzville.

Decent staff. Some excellent, others not so much. Food is just so so, however, you can go eat at any time of the day which is nice small attractive facility and outdoor grounds. Would be helpful if they changed up their activities occasionally. Also, at this point, the call buttons have been rather problematic, not always functioning.

It's currently under some construction and there is only one elevator but the rooms and hallways are spacious. More activities geared towards men would be nice. Having a "lounge" or eating area with TV would be great.

Carriage Court has an extremely friendly atmosphere and people. We would recommend this community to other families.

What we like the most about the community is that it is beautiful and a very clean facility. Friendly staff. Food is varied and overall pretty good

It is my sister in law that is living there, but I'm the one who checked it out and recommended it to her. I would give [name removed] a 5! [name removed] has complained about the food several times, not enough room for everyone in exercise room, too cold in dining, didn't feel she was informed on some policies like fire drills,etc. One thing, it is close to us, 15 minutes away. Very nice place, could use more parking. Other residents are friendly and happy. Close to shopping and Dr's. Her studio is close to the front door on 1st floor with patio. Would have preferred separate bedroom, but studio was all that was available.

The community is loving and kind to one another. The staff takes care of us when we need help. I would recommend this community to others because they try their best and no one is perfect!

The staff is outstanding, the food is good but service is not always consistent.

The Crestone has great residents and yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

It was mostly a good experience. [name removed] the sales rep was great! She gave us a great tour and showed off all the nice aspects of the facility. We were able to try the food and see different room options. After my dad moved in, there weren't any huge issues, just small problems. The food was his biggest complaint- they had a daily menu, but more often than not, daily selections were not available. His favorite was biscuits and gravy, but even though on the daily available options it was not regularly available. Most of the serving staff was nice, but service was slow- either they didn't have enough people to handle orders or they were not very attentive- on a few occasions wait for someone to take an order was 10-15 minutes- not unreasonable, but still a bit long compared to other times. The evening staff at the front desk, particularly [name removed] we so friendly and nice. Whenever I had questions she was able to get answers. It looks like they had options for classes and activities, unfortunately my dad did not opt to participate. He did attend the happy hour a couple of times which was very nice.

So my experience is from my perspective of my in-laws with Vitalia. I would rate it a 4. Only because my fil came from a rehab facility and the move on the first day was a little rough on him. From eating there myself several times, the food is great and my in-laws appreciate not having to cook anymore. As for the activities, they sure offer a variety. But my in-laws haven't had an opportunity to participate yet due to other things they have needed to do. But I know they hope to in the coming weeks. I like that there are a number of room size options. And that Vitalia were willing to allow my in-laws to move in first to a one bedroom and be get on a wait list for a two bedroom while storing some of their furniture until they can get it. The sales staff has been great from my perspective. So has the front desk staff. My in-laws have said there have sometimes been long waits for assistance from the aids.

My Mom and Mother in law love it. Bingo and the crafts the entertainment the beauty shop are their Favs. The food is ok. It's always clean and smells good. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for senior living.

The staff is all exceptionally pleasant and personable as well as being efficient. One of the reason I chose The Westbury was that the dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM and that once food is offered, it's offered until closing. I was told when I toured that they would not have a special Food for my celiac disease, but, in fact, they always have gluten-free bread. There are so many choices that I can always find gluten-free options. There are many activities, and residence are allowed to set up activities according to their own interests

The Activities are endless, good choices are good and staff is very nice.
