I was there three months and left for medical reasons. The other residents offered good fellowship. The staff was considerate and supportive. The facility was clean and the food was good. The WIFI was terrible and they never fixed it.

The atmosphere was very nice. Employees were were very friendly. The residents seemed happy. We're seriously considering this facility for my mom.

The employees are happy and easy to talk to. The residents are happy and very nice, It’s like they are all friends. They have a restaurant in the facility and It’s open from 7:00 am till 7:00 p.m. You can order breakfast any time of day. It’s clean and never smells bad.

The experience was awesome, it was very informative and everyone was so friendly. It was absolutely amazing! [name removed] took the time to explain all expects of independent living. I would recommend this facility. Great job!!

I was very pleased with my visit but I was looking for a Respite care facility! Was well worth the visit for the future if needed.

Lovely place, the representative was very helpful and friendly. The down side was the fact that nothing was available, the one bedroom apartment was teeny and the price over my budget. I also don't need 3 meals a day.

My tour guide was very personable and friendly. I was welcomed by RT our guide , the chief brought me cookies , ice cream and strawberries. I was very impressed. But , after discussing the price and touring the studio apartment, my daughter and I declined. I toured Waterford and they are just as nice. I loved the large studio apartment and the pricing. My daughter and I discussed and we decided to go with Waterford.

It is a large and still growing facility. Clean and well kept. It has many options for residents and family.

Definitely 5+++ * The staff and amenities were amazing. Mom's one bedroom apartment was a great size, and she was very happy there. I would recommend the community to others!

Mom and Dad were in another Assisted Living Facility and had many issues. We were glad a studio unit became available at Westbury and mom and dad were able to move in. So far they have no complaints. Food is awesome, staff is friendly and attentive, PT has been good. So far we couldn't ask for a better situation!! I would recommend the community to others!

5 in each category. We're very happy with The Cambridge. Tenants and staff are always friendly and respectful. If my grandmother doesn't feel well, they will deliver her meals. There's always something to do with the activities, salon, library, restaurant and community room. [name removed] seems to make himself available for tenants and their guests whenever he's needed. Physical and occupational therapy on-site has been a blessing. Trash pickup is always on time. The apartment has plenty of room for a single person. Yes, I'd recommend it to others.

I was out of town but the family and friends that visited had good things to say. Leading up to taking him there everything went well and everyone was very helpful and compassionate. I would recommend the community to others.

The staff down at the memory care have been above and beyond amazing!

[name removed] was amazing throughout the whole tour of facility and signing up for entry to Princeton; she continues still to offer support for both myself and my mom. All the staff is nice and accommodating. The room turned out to be better than expected, and the place is very clean and well maintained

The staff is kind and caring. The apartment is small and the closet is very small. Not much room for storage. All personal items are locked in a cupboard. (Shampoo, toothpaste, hair brush, etc.). Room is clean. Could be a few more activities for those in memory care that are able to do them. The memory care center is a good caring place for those who need more help.

Overall it's been exceptional , it's surpassed my mother's expectations of what it would be like there, she loves her room and all the activities there.

I was very pleased with the size of the rooms, and with the cleanliness. The dining room was very nice and the hours of operation were outstanding. Many amenities, such as outdoor pergola for getting some fresh air, a movie room, library, and even a salon for haircuts.I feel my father will be very happy there.

The place was newer and modern, clean, and large rooms. People where nice and friendly. I liked the different stations/rooms around the facility.

The facility is very inviting, clean, and appeared to be a friendly environment. The staff that I met were cordial and friendly. The wonderful staff member who gave me my tour, patiently listened as I told my story about my brother, [name removed]. She also listened and was attentive when I spoke about our family dynamics. If my brother does move here to Cleveland, I believe Vitalia would be an excellent home for him.
