This was the third community my parent had lived in in just a few years, and by far the best one. My only regret is that I did not move my parent in earlier so they could have enjoyed Independent Living there before moving into Assisted Living and ultimately, into Memory Care. The facility is beautiful, and the residents are lively and engaged. The facility hosts fun theme-based beautiful dining events for all residents. The majority of team members were great, cared deeply, and were very responsive - significantly better than at any of the other facilities we experienced. My interactions with the facility director were personal, positive and compassionate. My only negative is that often I was not able to reach nursing management for assistance on an issue or question.

Staff is friendly and good care is provided. The meals are good. Snacks and drinks are provided. Medical staff is consistent with dispensing medication and does follow up checks if there is an issue. Costs are as agreed and reasonable for the services provided. Transportation for medical issues is currently limited but working on expanding days.

Really nice and clean facility. Highly recommend for memory care for patients that are still mobile and able to feed themselves. Great activities to keep the residents engaged.

I have lived two of the Vitalia’s one in North Royalton and now I’m living in the one in North Olmsted. I would highly rate you as a five and my family loves that I live here too. When I see people coming here to look, I’ll tell him right out. put your mom or dad here. This is a wonderful place.. I tell them that the people who work here are fantastic and they treat you with so much respect and true caring. I also told them that the residents are really really nice and her mom and dad there will find so many activities to do and keep you busy. If my mom and dad were still alive, this is the place I would put them.

There is a community feel there which I like. They could improve on communications and weekend staffing. Yes, we would recommend Vitalia Active Adult Community at Highland Heights to other families based on our experience.

A place for Mom was incredibly helpful and compassionate. I appreciate all I learned throughout the process and it took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I would recommend using A Place For Mom to everyone.

Cleanliness is great. Food is good. Secretary is wonderful. Admin is not very responsive. They could try to integrate new residents into activities.

My husband [name removed] and I moved into The Independent Living at Westbury Senior Living the 2nd day after opening. We enjoyed a two bedroom apartment for 3 1/2 years, and then medical needs suggested that we needed Assisted-Living. In October, while my husband was in rehab, I moved into a studio apartment in Assisted Living to evaluate the care. I was very nervous about making the change but [name removed] the Director of Wellness made all of the difference. She and her staff that she has trained have been so kind and thoughtful. In November, my husband was able to leave Rehab and return to Westbury Senior Living when we moved into a one bedroom apartment in Assisted Living. Eventually moved my husband needed total care and the staff was so kind and attentive to him. [name removed] was very knowledgeable of his changing condition and knew when to recommend hospice. [name removed]is a joy to know. I look forward to her visits. I feel safe with her leadership.

Staff and admin are caring and personable. Facility seems well maintained. There is a positive vibe there.

5 for all responses. We continue to recommend Vitalia to anyone who asks for recommendations. Quality of the food at Vitalia was excellent. The ability to eat meals without a scheduled time + the huge menu to choose what she wanted was wonderful. Her previous only allowed 8-12-5 times plus had to eat what was served, no selection. The cost between the 2 residences was about the same!

Good food good service friendly staff and residents poor pharmacy. Frankly, it was luck more than anything. I did a virtual tour of three facilities, and this was the last one and I trusted in my instincts and chose it. The cost was less here I am blessed this turned out to be a very good facility and it is located very close to my son's house which I did not know when I chose it. A lot of luck.

Wonderful atmosphere. A community of fellow people who call this home & staff who make you feel welcome in every way. Dining is great. So is all of the activities and staff. My family is as happy about me living here as I am. The community atmosphere & how happy we all are to live here is palpable.

My experience with Carriage Court could not have been better. From the initial tour, to the admission process, and ultimately through my mother's passing, they showed nothing but true care and compassion. They created a personalized plan for my mom, and when things changed with mom, they pivoted. The facility is a warm, nurturing environment as soon as you walk in the lobby. If you are considering assisted living or memory care for your loved one, I highly recommend.

The meals are restaurant style which means it comes hot, made to order, to your table. The staff are genuinely concerned about you as a person and do their best to be accommodative to all of your needs and wants. The residents are friendly and enjoyable to be around.

I have to say 5 for all. My mom moved in October 2024 and is doing well. Loves the food. Staff is very kind and attentive. My mom needed PT and OT and they were able to provide that on site. She loves going to happy hour on Fridays. They clean her room every other week. We the family help otherwise. She is in studio which is perfect. Fits her queen bed and dresser. Small circle table with 2 chairs.

The staff are always friendly and ready to help! It clicks! Chose this facility over others because of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility! I checked out other places for my friend and the BLVD is the one I would have selected for myself. It gives her the care that she deserves.

The staff are so friendly and nice to my mom, me, and my brother. They encourage family involvement and I love that because it makes me feel welcome when I'm there, which is often. My mom loves the food. I join her for meals sometimes and the food is just outstanding. It's clean, quiet (my mom loves that) bright with natural light. Also if my mom is not interested in the lunch or dinner special for the day, there is an entire menu to choose whatever you would rather have. One of my mom's favorite perks.

It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with friendly staff. We chose one of the villas, as it was larger in size. And the idea of being able to order just about anything anytime scored the largest response. When you walk thru the door it just seems like a friendly new world you're entering.

She was put into memory care in [date removed], but when taken off one of her pain meds, her dementia greatly improved. Now we are trying to move her into the regular assisted living section. She would be able to make friends there.

Hudson Grande is a welcoming atmosphere. Thea staff is kind and caring. Thea facility is clean and well taken care of. It also feels homey.
