Small facilitate, staff is friendly with all the residents. Only negative, lot of turnover in staff. That may be normal for that industry. This is the only facility I have worked with.

This is easy! It's a "5" straight across the board. I've had experiences with other places and they can't compare to this one. My husband is happy and very well cared for. They love their patients. Every one of them, and it shows.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Village Green Alzheimer's Care Home. The care that he received from [name removed] and her staff at Village Green was phenomenal! I highly recommend Village Green Alzheimer's Care Home and all of the caring folks that work there!

Village Green has been a life saver for our family. Our mom has been there for a couple of months now. Since being there Her quality of life has greatly improved. The director [name removed], Is wonderful. We love all of the staff there. They are all professional, and caring. They’re always happy to assist the residents in meal time and activities. We would recommend Village Green to anyone needing to place a loved one in memory care.

It can be a struggle to find placement for a loved one that suffers with memory loss and at times behaviors that can be a challenge to deal with. Village Green has gone above and beyond to ensure my father is comfortable and that his needs are being met. The facility has friendly staff and the manager is very reliable and attentive to what is going on with each of the residents. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a smaller community that is capable of handling a loved one that has memory care issues.

My wife was a resident for only 25 days before passing. However in those few days my family and I were amazed at the compassion and care she received from her admission until her death. The professionalism, cleanliness, personal attention, and the great attitudes of all the staff was awesome. Not only was my wife well taken care of, but they made our family feel apart of their family. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with Alzheimers or memory issues.

Because there are a limited number of residents, I believe the residents get more one on one attention. Everyone knows each other. Village Green creates a family vibe.

It is just such a warm and caring environment. It feels like family and like home. There is a community dog named Bella for the residents to interact with in the common areas. The care the staff provides to my loved one has been perfect, and they have very little staff turnover, which is a big thing. They're so accommodating and so caring. The staff are accessible, and their offices all face out into the common area. They cook their meals right there for the residents to see. They serve meals with placemats and cloth napkins. And they help feed the ones who need to be fed. They wash his clothes separately to avoid mix-ups. They have various activities and are constantly doing things with the residents - dancing, coloring, taking them outside. The staff really know what they're doing. They know how to help someone with diminishing mental capabilities, and it's so heartwarming to see. They set the gold standard for dementia care, and I could not ask for anything more.

For a memory center the philosophy that I see them put into practice is phenomenal. They are a very caring staff and I do not feel that I could have possibly done any better than this community for my loved one. They treat each resident individually and address their individual needs. For instance my mother likes to help with things and they give her things to do so that she can feel good because it was important for my loved ones well being. They are also very good with communication.

We had a wonderful experience with Village Green, they did a super job taking care of my loved one.

Loved the location, the facility and the "feeling"! People seemed "happy". The only set-back for us is that we don't think our mother is quite at this level YET, but when she is we will consider.

Village Green is a very clean community, and the staff members have been very nice. We were very impressed with this community and the rooms they have are pretty nice. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

My mom was at The Cottages for 6 months before she passed away last July. We couldn’t have found a better place for her. She had advanced dementia that my father and I had been dealing with for about two years. She was in a wheelchair after breaking bone in her hip. The Cottages became like a second home for all of us. Excellent care 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It was always clean and sanitary, they were always having activities for all the folks there. They also have a beautiful place outside with a pond and lots of flowers and trees. Food was excellent and any help my mom needed they were there for her. My highest recommendation for the Cottages.

The Champions location of Village Green Memory Care Home is exceptional. The staff led by the on site manager, [name removed],is first rate caring, compassionate, and warm care providers. "Home" in the name is exactly how one feels living here. [Name removed] is a blessing to the members and families. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up. I highly recommend this location. The facility is beautiful and safe as well.

This is the best home for a loved one with a disability or memory problem. My mom has been in a few over the past several years. The love and care is beyond words. I am able to sleep well at night and do my job during the day without worrying about my mom.

This is a unique community with a special mission. The operation is designed to accommodate the needs of residents with different levels of cognitive impairments. Rather than blending them all together, they separate them by acuity and provide them with activities to offer the highest quality of life. Even with the great programs and mission, nothing happens without the incredible staff. From the moment you come in for your first tour, you understand what this community is all about. I feel very comfortable sharing this community with families in need of a caring, loving and understanding environment.
