The staff at the Pines at At Bluffton are engaging and responsive to the care needs of the residence. The management is a great team, professionals that obviously enjoy working together and participating in the care of others. I would recommend Pines a Bluffton for anybody who truly cares about love and care and activities for their loved one.

We had a wonderful tour with Lake Gibson Village. The facility was very clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything we saw during our tour we liked, it was just a little further away than another facility we looked into.

This community is wonderful. The staff truly cares about each resident and it shows. It is very clean and such a pleasant community. Each staff member is very professional and it’s been a great experience. Placing a parent is hard however , I feel great that she living at Legacy at Hawthorne Park.

Lake Gibson Village is a refurbished, large facility. When you walk it it seems like you are going into a grand hotel and is just beautiful. Because of that, my mom did not feel like she was going to fit in here.

Due to our loved ones help they have not been able to really participate in the activities, but we are moving in the right directions so once they are comfortable in participating in the activities, and they start to open back up we think she will enjoy them. From an outsiders stand point we do think the value for cost looks great especially for everything it offers. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Aside from the Covid stuff, there's lot of rules in place because of that, they seem to be pretty competent. They provide everything our loved one needs, and he seems to be happy here. He's fully mentally competent, so he would tell us if he thought something was wrong. They provide meals, laundry, activities, and they have a nurse there 24 hours a day. So if anything comes up, they have someone to assess the situation before they would call an ambulance or anything. They do a good job here.

The community really does care about the people that live there and they do their best to do special things for them. I would definitely recommend this community to others and I already have many times.

My father lived at Azalea Place for 6+ years. The staff were not only friendly and caring but often went out of their way to do special things for my father from rides to the store and special meals they knew he liked. Living far away, and not able to do many things for him myself, these tokens of kindness were always nice to hear from him. When my father passed this past July, it became apparent to me just how wonderful the staff at Azalea Place is. They could not have been more kind, compassionate, and accommodating. During the difficult task of clearing out my father's room, I heard so many stories about my Father from the staff and knew he was truly loved and cared for. Even 8 months later, as I was in the process of settling my father's estate, the director, [name removed] , was so helpful and responsive for various documentation items requested. I would highly recommend Azalea Place to anyone looking for a clean, professional and special place for loved ones to be cared for.

Everything was very good at Lake Gibson Village. I would recommend it to others. The food was good. They had a nice layout to the building. Room sizes were good. They have outdoor space for residents to use.

They have great service in both Independent and Assisted Living. They have lots of menu choices, the food is excellent. They have plenty of outdoor space and walking trails. The have a park across the street. We have a one bedroom and that works well for a couple. They offer a lot of different floor plans. Staff is accommodating. They offer a boat ride every week. They have activities by the lake. They offer a lot of different activities. We have a stage and lots of places practice and preform for us on the stage. My husband uses a wheelchair and I am more independent, they have activities that work for both of us.

It is a spacious place. They have an enclosed outdoor space with a path, benches and flowers so you can feel safe with them going outside. Room sizes are good. Food is pretty good. They have not been the greatest with communication since she has moved in. They are accommodating when you drop things off for your loved ones now that you can not visit. They also have a glassed in area at the front of the building where you can go and talk to and see your loved one through the glass.

They go out of their way to make sure people are taken care of. I can’t say enough about how helpful they have been to us in all areas. My dad loves the food. They have a huge two bedroom unit. Outdoor space is beautiful, and they use that space for a lot of activities. They have a pontoon boat that they take residents out on the lake . They also have two buses that they use to take residents out shopping etc.

Such a beautiful happy environment. [Name removed] is a very caring understanding person. The activity list for the month was outstanding. My sister and I wanted to move in ourselves. Beautiful flower garden for meditating, leisure walk with a friend or bird watching.

The facility is magnificent. Caron was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide.

Lake Gibson Village is a true blessing for my Mom. She is active, happy and well cared for. My mom had open heart surgery in December 2018. After her hospital stay, we moved her into an assisted living place because she needed medicine management. She was still quite active but the place she moved into did not offer much and she became depressed. That's when we found Lake Gibson Village and moved her in May. What a difference! Everyone is active, there is so much to do and the people that work there are warm and caring. AND is actually less expensive than the other place! My mom now does water aerobics, plays cards, shops, goes on trips, attends movie night and joined the Red Hats. Her apartment is beautiful and everything is so clean, beautiful and well maintained. Even the food is fabulous! They have a trained chef preparing meals and everything is fresh and very good. We are all very grateful that we found Lake Gibson village.

This facility was really nice and [name removed] was amazing! He helped me find the info I needed for my dad from the VA. He was concerned for my dad's well-being, not making a sale. He and all his staff were amazing when we toured the facility.
