They were fine, it was just my mother can not hear that well so she could not socialize much. I would take her to Bloom at Bluffton again if she needed respit care again, cause that is what she was there for.

There are more than friendly. They go beyond what one would reasonably expect. The staff is very outreaching, the nurses seem very confident and my sister is thriving. The building is a little old, but other than that no complaints.

My loved one is staying at this facility and it is great. The have many activities to do. The staff are nice and caring and definitely supportive. I am happy that we have picked this place. The cost is really reasonable for what you are getting.

Don't have a long term experience but it seems to be going quite well, no complaints. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly so far it is very good, my loved one seems happy and cared for.

Toured today. Very nice facility, grounds are beautiful. Rooms are only studios though and don't seem like it would be the right arrangement for my parents. I think that they would prefer at least a one bedroom.

It's been very good, we are happy with it. They are meeting our expectations, and there really isn't anything that I would complain about.

We chose the Hawthorne Inn for my 89 year old father because it had a really nice community feeling. Most notably the residents keep the doors to their rooms open during the day. So, even if they are not naturally outgoing they aren't isolated. Also, the complex is divided into halls so the same 12 neighbors eat together every day. Within the complex are community meeting places, gardens and a nice front porch. Finally, keeping this all running smoothly is a very friendly and competent staff.

They are very nice people here, and I think they do incredible work. In particular a gentleman I worked with named Paul was very very helpful. I know what they do here is hard, and they must deal with emergencies all the time, but they handle everything very well. The only issue I've had is one month I noticed they ordered two bottles of a medication where one should have been plenty. I asked them why they did this and never got a satisfactory answer. It wasn't an issue of extra charges on the bill or anything, I was just curious. I've also heard some complaints about the food from my loved one, however he can be picky when it comes to food. It has always looked very good to me.

This place had a nice community feel to it. The staff was professional, friendly and informative. The rooms were comfortable and most of the residents had their doors open and were welcoming to visitors.

The best I can tell its real good, momma says it's the best there is. Shes where she considers that home right now and as long as we have enough money to keep her there we will but if money runs out well have to go someplace else. We liked the fact that momma doesnt have far to go, she kind of stumbles when she walks. Jennifer, the lady who talked to us, shes excellent, aint got no problems with that, they need to give her an atta girl! She talks to me when I go in and shee her and she talks to momma, shes good.

They're extremely friendly, the care is very good. She's in all the activities and they make sure that she comes and that she's aware of them and they go above and beyond. From what I understand, the cost is pretty good compared to other places, if you paid the bigger deposit, after the first couple of months the rent goes down. We've only been there a couple of months but any time she falls they're constantly calling me and letting me know. If I call and have a problem, they fix it right away. It's like Hayward Estates, but with more medical care and her room is smaller but they provide a pharmacy and a doctor there if you want to use them. She stayed with her old doctor but we have switched to their pharmacy so if she needs anything they can do it and I don't need to make the trip over there. When she does go to the doctor they take someone with them who actually goes with them and stays while they're at the doctor.

They're very friendly, the common areas are very clean, it's my uncle and I have not been down there since he moved in but I think things must be going pretty well and the staff must be pretty good because he's not complaining. They are transporting him to and from the VA which is critical for him, they are helping him with his medications, keeping him on his medications and supervising him taking them. My first impressions of the place were very positive, I was really impressed when we visited and asked the questions, with tthe proficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. i have no reservations or hesistations about him being there. If I had to do it all over again or had other relatives that needed to go somewhere I would pick Lexington again.

I wish that my mother could still be living there. They are absolutely wonderful and they continue to be even though she doesn't live there anymore because she had to be moved to a nursing home.

Visited last week two times. This was one I felt compelled to have my family visit. I was immediately greeted upon entry both times. Staff members show a lot of care and genuine concern with the patients. A tour was conducted both times. Two floors nice veranda area.

Tour set up -everything went good. This would be a good option.

Very interested. Want to move in.

We are most likely going to place our Mom at Lexington Gardens.

We chose Lake Gibson Village because my dad felt the most at home with this facility. He is very happy with his room size, they do have different sizes on rooms but he feels his is plenty spacious for what he needs. He seems to have settled in very well and I would recommend to others looking.
