They were really amazing. They genuinely cared about the residents and knew the personalities and idiosyncrasies of each individual. They knew what was normal and what wasn't in handling someone with dementia, and they knew the right things to do. They recognized that my mom would benefit from hospice care that was not focused on end of life, and I didn't even know that existed. I appreciated that they advocated for her to receive that extra support that was so beneficial to her. The facility was super clean, and I liked the layout. It was one big wide hallway, with chairs and things in the center, so you could walk in circles like a track. And then there was a common gathering area right in the center. I loved how over-the-top kind the staff were, and not just the people directly in charge of my mom. Staff members who didn't even know me were as warm and friendly to me as the ones I saw routinely. Even the other residents were very friendly as well. Some of the staff would sing and dance as they worked. And they never got frustrated with the residents when accidents or outbursts happened, etc. They just took really good care of my mom. I was really happy to find that two of the CNAs working there were my former students, so it felt like I had extra guardian angels there with my mom. The food was very good, and my mom really liked it. They always decorated for the holidays and did a really great job. It was like being at someone's house. Christmas morning someone went around and put little ornaments on each resident's door, which was really sweet. They did special little activities for the different holidays. And they brought a therapy dog in once, which made my mom just light up. I felt it was such a good value for how nice it was and all of the care they provided.

They walked up through the entire process regarding the insurance and they were just so helpful and accommodating. They really have adequate state who are, and its a night and day experience compared to our loved ones previous community.

She absolutely loves it! It's very much run like a hotel. She's able to come and go. We go there for dinner or lunch quite often. They have a lot of activities that they all do. They drive them around town. She has made tons of friends and is a lot more active now than she was before moving in. At the moment, they have some staff turnover. But that may be because of Covid, and also it's still a newer facility. But the staff they do have is very friendly. And we're very pleased with it overall.

I was blown away but all the great programs they offer, that no other local communities have! Especially RUI University and FIT… highly recommend

Recently toured this and a few other places, but this by far seemed to be the cleanest and friendliest place we saw!

Everything on our tour at Keystone Place went fine. I thought [name removed] was amazing! We probably would have gone here, but bottom line, it really came down to location for us.

Such a beautiful place the decor, the love ,there care for the patients Seaside is definitely my Top recommended facility in fort myers for anyone looking for a Assisted living facility for a loved one. The Direct coordinator made the move in process Amazing with know hassle I love the reassurance she made me feel as though my mom is in great hands and my mom loves it there. She has made quite a bit of friends whom she says has help her feel like she's home. Beautiful job Seaside keep it up!!

Seaside is a beautiful new community with great atmosphere. The signature programs offered really set this place apart, and their focus is to give their residents the life they have earned and deserve!

Upon entering Seaside at Fort Myers the atmosphere is so welcoming. Being greeted with smiling faces from the staff to the residents. Our tour guide [name removed] was extremely informative! She knew the building well. She'd answer questions before we could ask, not a detail was left out. Such a wonderful facility from Independent/Assisted Living to the Memory Care side. If you're looking for a home for your relatives look no more this is the place to go!
