My mom feels extremely safe and has made many great friends. The location for her is perfect. Everything she needs is within a couple miles of each other. Publix, has, back, post office, etc: Her apartment is so cute and lots of room. She's really enjoying her life there.

They are the most caring people who provide care with a smile and lots of love. I cannot say enough about Keystone at Newbury Brook! When I went for the first time, for a tour, I immediately felt the upbeat feeling that is pervasive there. Every staff member was smiling and happy in his/her job AND unlike other places, they didn't try to "sell" me on the place. They just showed me around and what it had to offer, and each one I spoke to communicated such pride in what they were doing. The facility itself is wonderful, but it was the people who made me feel so welcome.

Our situation was a little different as my loved one needed more care & supervision than they had been receiving. First thing I noticed was how friendly & caring everyone at Keystone is - I think every staff member came in to introduce themselves to my loved one the first day my loved one arrived. My loved one is thriving after being very sick. We felt their chances were 50/50 at best but they have come back stronger. I will be forever grateful to the staff of Keystone Place at Forevergreen. My loved one enjoys the meals-there are a lot of variety and choices. They provided three meals a day, plus snacks for those who need them.

My parents chose to live in Meridian village because it was a Christian-based organization, and it was ranked one of the best in the area. They were very pleased with the kind and loving care that they received while being there. They are the best!!

I toured this facility and it was good. Cleanliness and friendliness were good. Definitely a larger sized facility compared to others in the area.

We had a nice tour experience with Keystone Place at Terra Bella. The facility was just SO large. I would tell others touring any place to go back and talk to the residents who live there to get their honest feedback before making any decisions.

We have been very pleased with how things have been going at Keystone Place for my Dad. Honestly I would not change a thing. I have had lunch in the dining room with my Dad a few times and the food it really good. We even had Thanksgiving dinner with my Dad there and that was excellent. Everyone I have dealt with there has been helpful and compassionate. Memory Care is a hard transition and they have supported my Dad all the way! I am so glad we were able to place him at Keystone Place. I feel so much less worried about him because I know he is safe, well cared for and having some fun too! If they have an opening and your family can swing the cost, do it. I would highly recommend. It is cheerful, clean and inviting there

So happy with Keystone!! It is the best independent living, assisted living, and memory I have seen in the area. The facility is just beautiful, and there is so much to do. But it is the quality of the people who work there and take care of your loved one who make the difference. There is so much compassion from the staff. I am so thrilled both my parents are at Keystone.

My mom was a resident here, then moved to a different facility to be able to live with my dad. After dad passed, she moved back here. They were very accommodating and did an excellent job getting her resettled when we moved her back in. This is a great facility. The staff is very nice and always answers any questions we have. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The community is very clean, has great food, and has a friendly staff They work very well with mom to keep getting her the best care. The staff are always trying to involve her with various activities to introduce her with other residents which I feel is important.

Keystone Place has been a 10 star experience. The facility itself is very very nice, very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and they really make it apparent they get to know the residents on a personal level and get to know all of their names - and that is everyone from the kitchen staff, maintenance up to the management team. The meals are great and there are always different activities going on throughout the week - on the weekends it is a little sparse. The value is affordable and we like how the apartment have balconies. We would without a doubt recommend Keystone Place to other families.

We could not be happier with our experience at Keystone Place. When I take a look at all they do, the quality of the staff and the care, the value is worth it. They genuinely care about the residents, if you do not you either given more training or you are gone. From administrative staff down to maintenance, you can tell they are not putting on a front and they are genuine. A lot of the staff members have been there since it opened or shortly there-after and to me that says a lot. I would definitely recommend to others, we have not regretted it for one minute.

They day I walked through the door, I saw the well lit grand foyer with modern décor and I knew I was home! The staff and employees are friendly and polite. I live in a spacious apartment and I'm pleased with the cleanliness, amenities and the beautiful layout. I enjoy all the activities to meet residents and make friends. There's a luxury van, library, theater, exercise room, etc. The chef prepared gourmet meals are delicious. MY fur baby loves all his puppy friends. Good move.

Seaside at Fort Myers has a dining experience that is unbeatable. The food is attractive and delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The residents of Seaside at Fort Myers order off of a very selective menu that caters to anyone's diet and flavor. The servers are both caring and friendly.

Fell that my significant other is well taken care of at Keystone Place at Forevergreen. There are some areas of improvement such as the food, it has gone downhill over the last several months. Needs more options, more selections, fresh ingredients and fresh veggies and or fruits. She stays active and seems happy for the most part, so overall I feel the staff does their best even though very short handed at times.

Best decision I made a move in here my children don’t worry about me

My Mother -in-law has been a resident of Hampton Manor in Cape Coral for 6 months. It was the best thing the family did for her with her approval. She is so happy there and the family are so happy they do not have to worry about her safety and care as they did when she lived alone. She tells us all the time do not worry about me I love it here. The entire staff are wonderful cari g people. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a safe and caring place for their family.

Seaside of Fort Meyers has been absolutely wonderful. I love it. It has been nothing but a pleasure, and they've helped me through everything, every step of the way. They have a wonderful staff, including Carlos their LPN, and hands down it's the best place for my loved one. She's doing great.
