Best decision ive made to live in their complex. Staff is great all are responsive to our needs and issues. Social life is spot on - events, entertainment, etc.

This place is beautiful well-appointed spotless, staff is a very friendly profession. The apartments are reasonably priced and well decorated. A true homelike experience with countless amenities. The food and entertainment were superb Congratulations on the great tour by [name removed]. You have me sold. Thank you very much.

Right size not too big or small. Friendly people and staff. Good location - I drive 5-10 minutes for most needs on our bus. Good medicine service (Bio hospital plus smaller sites). Many activities - crafts, bingo. Live music at least once a week. [name removed] is excellent. Had hard time during virus. Staff and [name removed] ahead of virus by several days - they stayed strong during & for vaccines, first in area. Cost appropriate.

We have had 9 chefs in my 5 years here - some good and some bad.

Seaside at Fort Myers is truly an exceptional community. The staff are kind and welcoming to everyone that walks through the doors! From the enriching activities to the delicious food- It truly has it all! I highly recommend the community to everyone in the SWFL area.

I moved in with my husband to a two bedroom assisted living apartment. The staff visited us daily. My husband died 5 months later, then I moved to an independent apartment, where I have lived over 2 years. I use staff transportation to shop.

Beautiful senior living community! Everyone is so friendly and kind!

The staff has been very kind and very good to my family member, even through her having a hard time making the transition. Her living space is great. She has two rooms, and it's clean. I haven't tried the food, but she tells me she's not impressed with it at all, that it's cold.

My husband and I have lived here more than 5 years. We are very pleased with the "place" and the service here. The location within the city of CR is convenient. Our family is very pleased with our choice.

This was home when we first walked in the door. Our staff was caring and careful during Covid. We are family.

Keystone Place was the first place we visited and the last, could loved one loved everything they saw right away. She really loves the meals and dining service, she no longer has to order out out meals. The staff members here are just the sweetest ever and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

We toured Seaside and found the community to be clean, well maintained and the staff is so caring. We had the opportunity to meet the management team and they answered all our questions. I would defiantly recommend this community!

We had a great first impression right away we just had that gut feeling that this was the right place for our loved one. The staff are incredibly friendly and the cleanliness of the community is excellent. There have been a couple bumps in the road when it comes to the meals and dining service - they recently brought on a new chef that is juggling a lot at the moment. However our loved one is very pleased with the meals, and we are just happy she is getting the nutritious meals and care.

The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is kind, helpful and seemed very happy. Will consider this facility for sure.

Keystone Place was state-of-the-art. The rooms were gorgeous. The people and staff seemed very friendly. I liked that they had lots of little nooks and crannies for people to meet outside of their rooms. It was just too big of a place for my mother.

The community itself is very clean and the staff members are super friendly. When our loved one first moved into this community, she had so many problems. We had many trips back and forth from the hospital and the staff at Keystone continued to be supportive and patient. The meals times were obviously missed, but the chef in the kitchen always made separate meals for our loved one and delivered it to her room. No one every complained and we were not charge anything extra. They were more then willing to work with us and be accommodating. Also we love all the different resident ambassador's that come and take our loved one to different painting classes, exercise classes and outings. It is a great way for residents to get to no each other. The dining room also has no seating chart so that is another great way to get to know everybody.

When I toured the community I was blown away but how caring the staff is. Many stopped to say hello to me and chat with my mother. It’s impressive when you get to meet everyone from the executive Director to the housekeeping staff that will maintain the apartments, to the Chef!h
