I recently toured this community. I thought it went very well. Everyone was friendly, and it was very clean. Overall I would rate it very highly.

My mother was in the advanced stages of Alzheimers when we were able to admit her as a resident at Carondelet Village. I cannot imagine a finer facility with a more exceptional staff. My mother was so happy there, and though her stay was relatively short, she was the happiest we had seen her in a very long time. The staff was so warm and skilled; the facility was amazing, a real community in every sense of the word; and everyone from the accounting staff to the janitorial staff was friendly and inviting. My mother died peacefully in a place where she felt safe and treasured. Thank you, Carondelet Center!

They have excellent activities and their wellness center facility is top notch! They have a work out room and a pool and everything. That was a big draw because we used the wellness facility before we even moved here. They have movies every Friday and Saturday. They have a social hour every week and games and good mixer activities so you can get to know the other residents. We like that.

Fantastic place! Really liked the pool and exercise area. The bistro is a great option. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is great. Loved the underground garage and the allowance of pets. It is near many of our doctors and provides transportation. I liked having the assisted living and memory care at the same site.

This was the first visit of my search. I really liked GracePointe Crossing. The director was very thorough and helpful. My impressions were: safe, friendly, clean, peaceful, impressive,... I will present this as an option to my Mom.

This facility has wonderful services and rooms.

I moved to Eagle Crest 3 1/2 years ago. It was a good decision then and it is still right for me. I have met interesting people, really enjoy my apartment, and until Covid appeared, had many activities and trips available. I am sure they will all return once this pandemic eases. The staff here is efficient, caring and working hard to keep us all safe. It is a good place to be.

We have been residents at The Farmstead for a year and a half. Though we are in independent-living, we know assisted-living and memory-care residents. Our personal experience and that of the people we know is that by all measures, The Farmstead is a top-quality senior-living environment. Staff friendliness and helpfulness is top notch. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. In emergencies that we know about or have seen, someone has come right away and rendered appropriate assistance. There is a wide-variety of activities, and resident input is routinely invited into the planning of additional activities. In fact, residents are welcome to participate as much as they like in giving input to the staff. We are grateful to be in a facility that provides residents with such a clean, safe, and accommodating environment.

The only reason I didn’t choose this place for my dad was because they did not have an opening. I preferred it because it was just down the road from where I had grown up and it would’ve been a good transition for my dad because he has friends there. His friends seem to like it there and the facility is newer. When I took the tour, everything seemed to be kept clean.

I am grateful to Waverly Gardens for the care they have provided my father. They have been supportive through his health changes and financial transitions. Wherever we go in the building, everyone greets my dad my name. Staff are ready to help when we ask for cares or have questions. Many of the aides have running jokes with my dad. The building and gardens are beautiful.

I thought this community was also very nice when I toured. Everyone there was very friendly and the tour guide was knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and the facility was very clean. I had a good experience touring.,

There was some initial confusion with long term care insurance and their levels of care, and memory care, and I understand they are building more. It's clean, and the staff is pretty good. The food is fresh and they have a good variety of food options. They have lots of activities, if you want to do something there is plenty to do. I am 90% happy with them.

Great place to live with community involvement. However they normally do a Christmas lunch, but with less than a month out they changed to a Christmas Eve lunch. This is a problem as everyone has set their plans already. Voiced opinion however didn't mean anything!

Mom is a 72 year old widow who lived alone in the country 20 minutes outside of Des Moines. She gets lonely especially in the winter when her friends travel south and the snowy roads keep her home. Walnut Ridge offered her a fully furnished apartment for the winter months. It's been a great opportunity for mom to meet new people, get involved in activities, and yet still have her home in the country.

Summerwood of Chanhassen is the fourth senior care facility we have found and moved my parents to. They have been in one other independent living facility, and then two other assisted living, and Summerwood is by far the best. The location is much closer to family. The staff contacted us when one of my parent's experienced and extra pain sensitivity which we discovered was the result of improper medication procedures at their previous facility. They have not arranged for mobile dental and vision care services, but they are looking into it and hopefully they add them to the services they provide.

Everything is really good but it is a little pricey. We had visited several places and Walnut Ridge had the most options available for our loved one. They have a fitness center that is staffed and a big pool where they do water aerobics. The food is good. The landscaping is lovely. They have wonderful interior common areas. The price is around $5,000.

We were told all transportation was included in 5 mile radius but there is no medical rides only a Monday at 1 that's it so not all transportation is included and that was a huge misrepresentation for me as i am only sibling in state to help parents. I would recommend just was irritated about the transportation

My husband lived at Highland Ridge for a few months and I think he got along okay. He did get in the cabinet one day and drank about a half bottle of hand sanitizer. They did call me and say they were watching him to make sure he was okay. He never liked anybody taking his clothes off and he didn't like his depends changed, so I understand the difficulties they had there. He was able to go into other peoples rooms and they didn't always try to get him out. They don't have enough staff to watch over people, they had about 15 residents in their memory care. He came exhibited some behaviors and they said he couldn't come back because he got aggressive towards the end. They said he pushed a resident, but the person didn't fall over. I asked for video of this incident and they never gave it to me. I wanted to see exactly what happened so that I would know, but they would never let me have the video.

Our family had an in person tour and the facility is very nice, but it seemed like when the residents really start to decline they just kind of put them in their own section that reminded us of a nursing home.

I toured here for my loved one, and for assisted living, I have to say Dickson Hollow was beautiful. I really liked their community. I also like that they came and did an in-home assessment for us, However, they advised that my loved one was not qualified to be here because of her care needs
