A lovely community with very friendly staff and a beautiful building. I went on a tour and was very impressed with how beautiful this place looked. A movie theater, salon, and great living area is all part of the package

My Grandmother was one of the first residents at Sterling Heights Comfort Care. It just opened last year! What wonderful staff, including the administrator, nurse, and activities director! Even though COVID-19 was a little tough on my grandmother (being not allowed to see family and friends in person), I was still able to see my grandma through skype calls and window visits. Round of applause to this team!

Happy to recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe, and inviting location for their family. The location is very convenient with top notch amenities in a beautiful setting. The staff are warm and caring and provide a truly homelike atmosphere.

Deciding to place my mother into a community was a very hard decision. I toured all of the local assisted living homes and Sterling Heights Comfort Care just felt like the right place for my mother. The staff is warm, friendly and efficient! The building is gorgeous you feel like you have stepped into a high-end luxury apartment with all of the comforts of home wrapped into one.

I like the facility, really clean and brand new. Mom really liked the food as well. Management is very welcoming and listen to all of our concerns and needs.

Words cannot express how great the staff is! They went above and beyond in making my mother feel right at home. They made sure not just my mother was comfortable and happy but also me and my family as it is a difficult decision to make.

“Safe and comfortable”. These many not be the most dazzling words to use in a review, but in my mother’s situation I can hardly think of two more important ones. When friends ask about how my mom is doing (at Addington Place of Grand Blanc), and they express sympathy and concern about her needing to be in memory care assisted living, I tell them, yes, it’s difficult for her but she is safe and comfortable, and that knowledge gives me a great deal of peace of mind. Especially with the pandemic—while it has been hard for everyone since they closed down to visitors, Addington Place has been vigilant about the safety of the residents and the staff. Speaking of the staff, they are terrific—kind, skilled, dedicated, patient—and they get my mom’s odd sense of humor! Witnessing the terrible, gradual, often painful debilitating effects of dementia on my mom’s mind and body is incredibly difficult, but knowing she is in the care of the wonderful people at Addington Place has made it as good as it can be.

Met with [name removed], the E.D. for the first time last week, she gives her heart and soul to the community and has a real passion for making sure the residents get the care they need! I also met the DON, [name removed] who was friendly and easy to talk to! The buildings are homey and small, perfect for those with memory loss that like to have their independence, still.

Brand new facility and very clean with good people managing the day to day operations. Highly recommend

I toured this facility earlier this summer and can see why there is a waiting list! I can't wait to get my mom in there next month. She absolutely loved the menu, the activity calendar, and the size of the rooms. The community areas were so spacious and homey. They are pet friendly, too, so I can take my dog to visit whom she loves!

My wife and I had a tour of Brookdale on [date removed] looking for a place for my Father. We were very impressed with Brookdale for it's neat and clean facility. We met with the staff nurse and other members working at Brookdale, all of whom were very friendly. We were also very impressed with [name removed] as she provided us with many options for finding the right fit for my Dad as well as some financing options. My Dad is willing to tour Brookdale as well and we are looking to set that up very soon. Thank you for all of your help!

My wife is looking for a place for her parents. We met with [name removed] and [name removed] the managers. They were so helpful in answering our questions. This is the place for my in laws. The building was clean and the staff was so friendly!

What a beautiful building! I went there for a visit and talked with some of the people living there and they were so happy. They told me how nice the staff is and that the food is wonderful! I talked with [name removed], she show us around and we are excited. This is #1 on our list!

My brothers and I went and met with [name removed] the manager, who helped us understand the process. The buildings are beautiful! The residents were all playing Bingo, and we knew mom would love it here. [Name removed] is helping us get mom moved in!

It just felt right. From the time I walked in the door, I felt like this was a special place. I watched how the staff interacted with the people that live there. They were laughing and joking. I was there at lunch time and the food looked so good. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. If i can get my mom to move up from Florida this is where she will move.
