The facility is very clean & well maintained. All staff are friendly and very qualified for their positions & the quality of care is excellent! The variety of meals the chef prepares are well balanced & very delicious! Room sizes are adequate to meet the individuals needs. There is a large beautiful dining area, physical therapy/gym room, theatre room, large meeting room & game/Kraft room.

Everything is really good there. The staff is very nice, he doesn't do the activities but there are a lot and the food is good.

I love Kentridge. The help, food, and surroundings are wonderful. I had my aunt at a [community removed]facility and this far exceeds them. I strongly recommend to others. We went several times before we booked. Oh and important factor is the food is wonderful.

Staff is wonderful. They use the point system for patient special services needs. My only fuss about the place is they don't always tell you when the number of points for special needs and therefore your bill has increased.

Peaceful and beautiful place to live. Everyone is so kind and happy to help in any way they can. Food is great. The security is comforting. Making new friends every day. Valorie and Patty are great front desk workers. [name removed] and [name removed] made the process effortless. They had the answers to all the questions. One of the best decisions was to come live at Vitalia Rockside.

It's been a very good experience so far - facility is very nice - some staff turnover with housekeeping but they do a good job - food service sometimes slow but overall very good - having PT onsite is very convenient and they are wonderful!

From the first time we first walked into the door, the staff at every level have been warm, welcoming and accommodating. The facilities and maintenance of facilities is highly appreciated because it is well-maintained, very clean and is absent of smells/odors often detected in these types of senior living institutions. The restaurant style dining, food selection and quality of food was surprisingly very good and very fresh. The other amenities offered at Township are plentiful and seems to offer everything my mother needs/wants and enjoys. Due to all these things, Township Senior Living is a place my wife and I would gladly live, given similar circumstances of age/stage as my mother now experiences.

The staff was wonderful, very caring. When dad passed away and we had to move mom to memory care they were so helpful. Then when mom passed away they were caring and thoughtful. Very helpful with hospice. Only improvement would be bookkeeping could be clearer.

They are fantastic. I would recommend to others.

We visited seven facilities and took tours and met with staff in five. Three met our requirements as to meal plans, quality of the apartments and overall facilities, ease of transfer from independent living to assisted living to memory care if needed. Our cousin [name removed] is very complimentary of facilities and staff and she finds the place attractive, clean and friendly. She's independent living at Vitalia Highland Heights in Cleveland Ohio.

Everyone knew you and their families by your first name.. If staffing in the kitchen and dining area improves then yes we would recommend the community to other families.

My Dad didn't want to go but after 3 weeks he was going to breakfast with friends. The staff was amazing. In three weeks my Dad actually gained weight. They have a chef and the food was exceptional in which we joined Dad several times for dinner. They had many activities in which the residents enjoyed. He was truly happy and safe which meant the world to me.

The facility is lovely and the staff is wonderful. They are quick to answer any question or concerns. The dining is like a restaurant experience. Food is delicious and my family members enjoy eating there. I feel very comfortable having my loved ones reside at The Summit. Thank you to A Place for Mom for helping find a facility worthy enough for my family members!

Castlewood Senior Living was the perfect match for my parents! The staff is cheerful and helpful, the food is great and they are enjoying their new home free from worries of maintenance and logistics that they had to deal with at their former house! Highly recommended !

Staff is friendly. But the facility is very short staffed, existing staff is over worked and sometimes care is delayed. Food is fine. Frequently they have musical quests that are very talented.

The staff is all friendly and helpful. Activities keep me busy. Food is excellent. I like the place. I would recommend this community to others.

Facility and staff are great. Only issue is that maintenance requests often take longer than I would like. Personally think there should be an additional maintenance person as the two maintenance men, who are very good at their jobs, are stretched really thin.

Our experience was with their memory care unit. The woman that runs that unit, [name removed], is very dedicated to her job. She shows a genuine interest and truly cares for the residents. The caregivers are all outstanding. The facility was great. They did a wonderful job scheduling various activities that were appropriate for the residents under their care. Caregiver response time was excellent.

My father has been a resident of Vitalia for several months now. I never thought I would want to have my father live in memory care, but within a few weeks of moving in, he has become less agitated and anxious, and I am seeing glimmers of his humor and personality re-emerge. I know he is safe and well-cared for. The Vitalia staff astounds me with their kindness and compassion, and their genuine desire to know my father. Vitalia has a wide range of activities that are both physically and mentally therapeutic, and they have lots of social engagement opportunities for residents who have the capacity. This is a sad and scary phase of life and we are lucky to have the Vitalia team as part of our support system.
