The staff was amazing to work with. The facility appeared clean and full of life! Some of the facilities that we toured you just did not see very much movement or very many people out doing things. Brookdale was different. There were people on the porch and people in the TV rooms and in the game rooms and the cafeteria was bustling with people and that is what our family member needs. We were thrilled to get her a spot there.

It was a difficult transition as expected but the staff has been wonderful in redirecting him and making him feel more comfortable and if he is having a rough day, they don’t hesitate to give me a call and let me know! I had two family members join the Brookdale Chambrel community last year. One in the Claire Bridge memory care facility and the other in the Brookdale independent care program. In both cases we have been very happy with the care our family members have received. I’m particularly happy with the care my brother received while in memory care, his wellbeing and comfort was a top priority. As a family we were always impressed with the quality of food, the cleanliness of the facilities and the caliber of his attendants.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. We just moved our mother in and they went above and above to make the experience smooth. Despite the speed bumps that the facility she was coming from put in our way. The staff at Brookdale have been nothing but stellar. Our mom is doing wonderful and is so happy with everyone. Kudos to the staff for providing excellent and exceptional care.
