Brookdale

It was going to be a hard sell to my brother to move to senior living. I had already checked into some other facilities. The salesperson at Brookdale I got was simply amazing. Every objection I brought up for my brother she addressed. A genuine connection with me and helping my brother liking the place. We signed the day of the tour on 1 visit for my brother. What about movers, realtor for old place. She addressed. We love her!

I cannot say enough about the facility and the staff. The facility had been pelted by heavy hail prior to my Motherinlaws arrival. Just recently workers were everywhere repairing all the damages. They did such a great job replacing windows, carpeting, painting walls etc. The place looks great! The staff are wonderful! Everyone pitches in and helps out. [name removed] and [name removed] are very personable and kind to all the residents. Food is also great. We have eaten there multiple times and the food is always wonderful. We are truly blessed that a Home for Mom connected us Brookdale!

Brookdale Clinton is such a nice place to visit. The residents always seem so happy and engaged. I see a lot of compassion for the residents from the employees. The community is pretty. The Executive Director, [name removed] is super nice and engaging.

I, sometimes volunteer here. Everyone is always nice. The residents are so sweet and welcoming. I visit often. Brookdale Clinton is very clean and inviting. Management is always helpful and the staff is helpful as well. Executive Director is present and interactive with the residents and family members. 5 stars!

The people were nice, we went over what I needed to stay there. Talked about Medicaid and how it can help me. Gave me a tour of rooms, dining, TV area, and pool room. Help with filling out paperwork on finances and who to go to. I'm trying to come up with a plan to stay there.

This Community is beautiful. It is always clean with no unpleasant smells. The management team is tops. The Executive Director makes sure things are handled on time and properly. Everyone is so nice. I would recommend.

Friendly people. Clean facility. Effecient staff. Give good information and answers all questions. Hopefully I will be moving in by the end of the month.

5 for all. I am very happy with the decision to move here Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very good and I enjoy having company in the dining room. Everything is clean. They clean my rooms every week including vacuuming and mopping. It was initially hard to get used to a much smaller space than I had in my house but I have gotten used to it. I do have 2 bedrooms so I have space for a visitor to spend the night

While the facility ended up not being the best fit for [name removed] mainly due to the distance from our house since I had become her main caregiver Everyone very helpful and supportive of her situation. Very grateful for all the nurses, they kept us informed always She had a medical emergency that required ambulance transport and we were notified immediately so I could meet her. Overall an excellent facility

The staff at Brookdale is very friendly. They have made a lot of cosmetic updates lately. New paint and landscaping in the common areas. I do wish there was a few more actives and bigger variety of activities for the residents. I also wish they'd encourage more engagement. Although, to be honest, I don't know that my dad would participate any more than he does.

Brookdale feels very homey. The staff were all very friendly. We were able to meet several residents and they all said great things about living there. My FIL will be moving in shortly.

[name removed] led me through the complex and answered all of my questions. I was especially impressed with the care and the focus of this facility. I would have no trouble placing a loved member of the family here.

Nice facility but exceeds our price range. Facility offers many services. Staff seemed very friendly.

This is a nice and clean facility. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The food selection is very good. The rooms are nice. You can bring your dog with you. Transportation within a big radius can be arranged for shopping, Doctor visits etc. A nurse is always available. I was very impressed.

So far everything thing has been good. Staff is friendly room is fine. I would recommend to others. My experience is that I'm learning new things everyday.

The facility was clean and odor-free. The residents were all engaged with many different activities. The rooms we visited were a bit small but unique to the person living there. Our overall experience was a good one.

[name removed] is a wonderful representative and easy to talk to. He is very good with the elderly. My Mom liked the community but wants more than a bedroom for herself - looking for an apartment.

The common area needs a paint job and new carpet. The furniture is embarrassing. It has to be in excess of 20 years old. The front entry doors are covered with insects and insect debris and the sidewalks are never swept.

It was clean and felt alive with residents moving about and engaged in activities. The staff seemed very interested in making Brookdale a place where residents would feel valued and cherished.

The staff is friendly, nice variety of food is served, many activities for all levels of participation. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.
