Brookdale

A very hospitable facility. Director and other members of the staff welcomed and visited with us. They welcomed our questions, provided us with candid responses, shared with us a lunch that was being provided to residents at the time and led us on an insightful tour.

I brought a friend that was diagnosed with dementia 2 years ago. I liked the facilities. I felt like it would be a safe place. My friend doesn’t feel like he is ready. The doctor will make that decision

Went to visit an elderly church member there last week. What a great place! Clean. Music playing in the lobby. The people working there are friendly and welcoming. The people living there seem really happy and happy to see me.

Our mom likes most of the food. Can't please everyone. When it comes to activities I wish they had a leg strength and balance program. We haven't had time to compare the value. Ouch! 8. Haven't had time to compare. Ouch! Observing from the outside. Staff and care seem to be doing what they should and address the needs. Everything is clean. Room size is appropriate.

Brookshire Chanate is located in a beautiful nature setting on a hill with trees everywhere. The apartments are clean, moderate and beautifully designed. [name removed] was wonderful. She gave us a thorough tour and answered all our questions. The food smelled wonderful.! We are delighted that they had an apartment available for my mom with 24/7 access to staff.

Nice facility but is not going to be my choice for my brother. I visited the place because of the location. After the tour I realized that this would not be a good fot for my brother.

My dad is in memory care and I really appreciate how they cater his care plan to his needs. He had Parkinson’s and is quite aware and they allow him to have autonomy when appropriate. They take good care of him and my mom who has an apartment in independent living.

I visited my long time friend at an event and I couldn’t believe how nice and welcoming everyone was! I see why my friend loves it! I have a tour next week and I’m bringing my kids with me! See you soon!

Everyone is friendly, accommodating and attentive to residents. Building is clean and outside areas are beautiful. My brother likes the food. He is very comfortable!

The overall care he received both medical staff and general care was wonderful. He had the studio size which worked as he was wheelchair bound. He needed hours lift the first month and his last month and Brookdale was the only place that worked with us on that critical care need. Food was dining setup, and Dad had no complaints. Brookdale offers a number of activities. One he did enjoy was dominoes a few times. They offered short trips but he was not strong enough to take part. The medical team worked well with us. [name removed] and [name removed] have a great team. My dad gene felt at home there. Every staff we met was professional, yet very warm and friendly. We became friends with a number of other residents. Some have been there for years and love the place.

I recently took a tour of the Brookdale on Chanate Road in Santa Rosa. As soon as I drove up into the parking lot, I had a positive feeling inside. The appearance of the facility is beautiful and the inside of the facility met all my expectations. [name removed] and [name removed] answered all my questions and concerns as well as asking me important questions. It was a pretty emotional meeting for me as this is the first place that I visited, and they were very compassionate and patient with listening to everything that I had to say. They showed me the menu, which looked very appetizing and reassured me that they could handle all of my father’s dietary needs. I then took a tour of the apartments and the grounds and it met all of my expectations. I also paid attention to how the residents and the employees interacted with each other, and it was very comforting, and everybody looked happy. They also offered many fun activities. I’d feel comfortable, leaving the care of my loved ones in their hands.

I knew of the place because I saw patients due to being a hospice nurse. When my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and a rapid decline at home. My family visited and asked questions. A few months ago when we decided and planned the move before informing our mom. We set a date to tell mom and move in date. We took a little over a month for this process, so Mom could except the move. Brookdale in Clinton has been awesome! Mom has stabilized and fit in well. The staff sweet and caring. And Keep me updated. ( PT, OT, nurses, aides, activity director, admin staff) also love speaking with other residents. We as a family appreciate everyone we have met and that has cared for our Mother!

This place is not just pretty. It’s so wonderful. I had a tour today and I was so appreciative for a place for Mom setting this up. I felt like every question I had was answered before I asked it even the ones I didn’t know to ask I can’t wait to bring my mom here.

5 for all. It takes to time to get used to a life change but the staff is very accommodating. They loved the community the first time they saw the facilities.

I have found Brookdale Senior living to be an ideal place for my sister [name removed] to live during this time in her life. When she arrived there on [date removed], she was welcomed by the staff, who were waiting by the doorway with a welcome sign. The staff is attentive to her needs. She gets her prescribed medication on time. Her room is a single room with a bathroom and a shower and a microwave. They also provide O.T. and P.T. for her and have various activities for the residents every day. Recently we attended a family and friends event, where the families of residents were invited to an outdoor picnic with their loved ones. They also have Zoom meetings every two weeks on Thursdays which allow families to speak with the staff and bring any concerns they may have. While it's a bit of a distance to travel, my family is happy with Brookdale Senior Living and would recommend it to any family looking for a place for their loved ones needing care.

Everything about Brookdale was great. From the administration staff to the staff back in the memory care were A #1. The room was very spacious and always clean! Dad did not usually participate in the activities. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one. It was the best decision I ever made getting in touch with A Place for Mom and Brookdale!

Staff were terrific! Greeted every resident by name, and each other. Food was good and activities were available, though husband was reluctant to participate, could usually coax him with promise of treats. Had themed family dinner once a month, which was lovely. Room was always clean and laundry done. Room was much larger than he needed. Unfortunately, after falling and breaking his humerus, his needs became too great to stay there, but I was very happy with the care given when he was there.

The entire staff has been helpful. [name removed], who has mainly been in charge of the care and medications, is nothing short of a miracle maker. There had been so many people from doctors to pharmacist that had been taking advantage of my father. He had been given a lot of prescriptions he didn't need and prescribed that caused reactions with other medications he was taking. [name removed] at Brookdale Farmers Branch has coordinated and treatment plan and orchestrated a regimen of prescriptions that have made all the difference.

I really liked what I saw at Brookdale Liverpool. Nowhere is perfect, but this looked pretty good. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about cost, procedure. I liked the quality of care i saw and the mission of Brooke ale Liverpool.

We love the staff and my mom is happy! My mom is 90 so we got a studio . It is small but perfect for her . They have a great staff and food is very good . The cleaning staff is very good and helpful. Activities are every day . They decorate for every holiday and have events monthly . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place.
