Brookdale

What our family likes the most about Brookdale Park Place is that the residents are very friendly and so is the staff. The food is excellent. The front yard and natural areas are well kept and are nice to spend time sitting outside.

Brookdale Paulin has been incredible for my Mom!! She loves it! She has no complaints really nor do we. Everyone has been incredible during this whole process. She is very happy which makes me happy! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!! Getting my mom into a place that felt safe for all of us after we lost my dad in a tragic accident in September was very important to all six of us kids so Brookdale Paulin Creek made that happen for us and we are very happy with my mom being there, so thank you!!

We highly recommend Brookdale Madison West. My Aunt is living in the very best community she can possibly be. She is safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Meals and dining we have a 4 but my understanding is it's better than most. My goals for my father were for him to maintain as much autonomy and dignity as possible as he navigated his illness. I've never dealt with another facility personally for that length of time but I feel like his dignity was important to them too and that they upheld that as much as possible. And his illness made that challenging.

The staff was amazing. They helped at each phase and they were patient and kind. We couldn't have asked for better staff. Overall, the facility was great. Clean, well cared for and the food appeared great as well (I didn't get to sample)I would absolutely recommend this community to other families! As a matter of fact I always have recommended them to some folks I know in the Florida are

Mom was only there 6 weeks. They could've used another aide. [name removed]was the best along with their activities person. I forget her name but she stayed with my mom after she fell before hospice got there to move her to the bed. She was very sincere and caring. It was like any other heath care place at this point with 1/2 the staff or more agency but they tried to use the same people. Mom never ate in the dining room. She didn't feel well and was having a hard time with her decline. She wasn't her normal social self she was very depressed. They tried but her world being mobile walking driving etc came to such a quick halt that she barely had time to absorb what was happening to her.

All the above are 5 Brookdale was a great facility. We knew she was being taken care of and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Mom is being well cared for from hygiene to chef prepared meals. All of her medical needs are closely monitored, and the staff keeps the family well informed of her situation and progress. We visit often and at different times so they know we are involved. This sounds like an ad, but our experience with Brookdale Niagara has been excellent.

Everyone at Brookdale are friendly & Nice. very organized. The entertainment is very good. They have Physical Therapy here and I don't have to leave. It is very convinent.

BrookDale is Amazing The Staff goes be and helping mom make her life managable, The Staff Reminds her to go to meals, events. They drive her to Dr Appts, Shopping, truly amazing Place for Mom

Very Positive Community, it's a learning process, but we are loving it so far. Best place we found. Brookdale has been very responsive, everyone is very friendly. The Dining room is beautiful.

The small, family atmosphere and closeness of staff and residents is better than I could have imagined. They are so kind and attentive to my mom and she tells us over and over how happy she is. The staff is also so kind and friendly to our family every time we are there. [name removed] does an email almost every week letting us know things that are going on and they do a fun family event every month. We just could not have picked a better place for my mom.

My mother is very happy there, she has never complained about anything. The staff is wonderful, they care about the residents and their families. Excellence on display everyday.

My mom was welcomed into this community with open arms. Kind and caring, the staff continually strove to make my mom happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a place for their parents

I wish they had more transportation options for seniors who can't drive.It would be much better if podiatrists & other healthcare providers were on site

Ive been here since Oct 2023. The staff is caring, helpful always have a smile on their faces. The activity director always wants to do what we the residents, are interested in foremost. I feel very safe and cared for here at Brookdale, my new home.

Friendly, helpful staff, "homey" environment and excellent nurses! There was often a breakdown of communication with the kitchen on my father's menu order. The facility had agreed he could have his meals in the room, but often times he didn't even have utensils, or it was paper plates and appeared to be leftover food, etc. This was really my only complaint which rectified every time I mentioned it. I just had to do it three or four times repeatedly. I would definitely recommend this place and give it a five star rating. The supreme complement is I would want to go there and be a resident myself someday if needed!
