The aides all the way up to the director have the necessary knowledge and expertise on how to handle any necessary needs for the residents. Very personable and really do get to know the residents. The food is excellent with various choices. Great entertainment and gatherings.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very good at their jobs. The residents are also friendly and welcoming. Their attitudes are upbeat. The amount of activities is fantastic. One of my favorites is Happy Hour at the pub with live entertainment.

They care about you and everyone is so pleasant. I guess all the ratings above are things I like about Keystones. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

They have a great facility ! Plenty of activities and support for my family. They get my parents in a routine! The staff makes sure they get involved. they encourage them to attend Happy Hour with music and drinks on Friday. They play bingo daily, left right center, dominoes, and poker.

My loved ones really enjoy the activities, especially the live music that plays. Their only concern is the food. Some meals are good and some are not. We understand they are working to improve this.

The bedrooms are bigger than the average in the industry. Handyman available to help with work within the apartment. Staff is very responsive to needs and questions.

We placed my mom in a new memory care at Keystone Place after she was kicked out of another facility after they caused my mom to receive a bedsore. Keystone Place has tremendous staff, who are very personable, caring, loving, and friendly. They took my mom in without question, knowing the condition she was in and her inability to do much of anything for herself anymore. They were eager to work with us to make the move as easy and smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Keystone to anyone in need of Assisted Living Care or Memory Care, including end of life care. On top of it all, their food is amazing and my mom loves it so much! Their atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable. Everyone is happy, including employees, residents, families visiting, etc. It’s an environment like no other and brought tears to my eyes seeing the interactions that I haven’t seen in quite some time. They keep the residents active and bring in entertainment regularly and even Memory Care gets go!

Very friendly people. They are at your service. My wife wants for nothing. I am able to go anytime and even stay the night if I want and I usually do. The night shift is especially exceptional. The treat my wife like a queen.

I don't even have the words to express what we experienced. The care my mother-in-law received was beyond what we thought possible. My mother-in-law was very difficult. Other professionals did not want to always deal with her. The staff sat LaValle place met her where she was at and always treated her with dignity and respect and I mean ALL staff, which includes, maintenance , food, clerical and medical personnel. We hit the lottery when we found LaValle Place

Beautiful place with an amazing staff. Always helpful. My mother loves the happy hour bands/musician. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience

The experience was good. My sweet mother passed away there. They were very compassionate and accommodating with the hospice process. They kind of all became like family to us.

It was very homey and everyone was very friendly. I saw other places that were very impressive, opulent almost, but they didn't feel like home. Also, the apartments are really spacious, well appointed and most have balconies.

The food was top notch. Too many changes in nursing staff and/or short staffed. Sister is now at [facility removed] where PT is on site - more convenient. The food is very marginal compared to Keystone. The staff are top notch. They are always the same people. Keystone maybe used a pool of nursing staff. Pleasant experience except for nursing being inconsistent compared to where she is now. Also, there was no initial showing of things. She felt like she was dropped in a unit with no training. Not complaining, just think that aspect has room for improvement.

Responsive, caring and dynamic community. Staff that are second to none. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Keystone Place is a lovely facility. It does not smell like urine covered with cleaner, which many places do. Overall, outstanding staff. With the value for cost, the only ding here is that it's the most expensive in the area for small assisted living apartment.

Decided on Keystone. Mother has been there since [date removed] and absolutely loved it! So many activities to choose from, staff is kind and attentive from the nursing aids to the dining room staff and everyone in between. Facility is spotless!

They have an amazing and wonderful variety of activities!!! Artsong, ballroom dancing, bowling, outside bbq and musical performances, new minigolf, monthly themed activities where all residents participate, happy hour at pub every Friday before dinner, weekly field trips to wineries, museums, etc.

I feel like my parents receive excellent care in a place that truly makes me feel comfortable for them. The care is outstanding. The facility is beautiful and the residents are amazing, inclusive, and so kind.

My older brother, who suffered a stroke 5 years ago, fell and broke one of his hips earlier this year. After an emergency hip replacement and recovery time in the hospital, he moved to a rehab facility and then to a skilled nursing facility. He was improving throughout. He then moved to Keystone for assisted living. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he had another fall. The staff immediately assisted him and determined he needed to go back to the hospital. Although he didn’t break anything this time, they kept him for several days. When he was released, the Keystone staff was very helpful in getting him settled back in his unit. The evening after, he complained of difficulty breathing and chest pain. Again, they quickly responded to get him taken back to the hospital. This time, his condition worsened and he ultimately passed away four later. The nursing staff, service staff, and administrative staff were all extremely helpful and caring during this time.

The staff here is absolutely the best! The atmosphere is homey. We’ve toured other facilities and they don’t even come close. The only thing is we wished there was a central gathering place. They have nice little seating areas down the hallways, but if a resident isn’t outgoing it makes it difficult for them to join in. Also, some of the activities are more geared towards residents without memory issues. Although they have independent living, so maybe they are trying to include all residents. Overall excellent place. Highly recommend.
