Keystone Place is brand new. My mom is the only person to live in her apartment. The amount of space she has compared to Cedarhurst is twice as large. Her private balcony. Her own washer and dryer unit in her apartment. And so much more. And all this for [fee removed] less than the bug infested [community name removed] !!!

Staff is engaging, friendly and experienced. Employees are treated well and therefore the facility has low employee turnover.

It's a great place but it is so over the top expensive. I don't know how anyone can afford it for long and you really never know how long. Staff are great and the activities are fun.

Visited the facility and the staff and management was very welcoming and attentive. The facility was clean and the residents looked happy. The facility is located in a very nice area. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring community.

The staff members at Keystone Commons are caring and friendly. The only reason I gave a 3 to the cleanliness was that the memory care unit needs attention with redoing the area and the rooms

Staff an the residents are all amazing. The food is great, but the meal times seem a little too close together. Activities are hard to rate as they had things shutdown for a couple of weeks due to Covid concerns. It is an expensive facility, but my mom loves it there! The staff is responsive. They also have resident ambassadors that meet the new residents and help get them involved with activities. It's been great for my mom. Everyone is so friendly. Handy man will come In and hang all the pictures for you. For attentive group.

We picked this community because of the closeness and cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend to others.

Our loved one really enjoys the different activities Keystone Place at Forevergreen offers at for the residents especially bingo, scrabble, cards and the musical entertainment.

Very well managed, and staff that are happy to be there! Fantastic food. I've joined Dad on a few occasions. And a consistent and varied activity calendar.

My parents did not end up staying, but it was not the fault of the community. The people, both residents and staff, were absolutely lovely. Based on the experience we ere able to have, we would 100% recommend them to others.

A very warm home like place were everyone your name. Staff is fantastic, the meals are excellent.My loved one chose Keystone because he wanted to stay in the White Bear area.

Our mother has been a resident in the Keystone facility for a few years and she is happy and content. Enjoys her walks and talking with friends.

We toured Keystone Place at Wooster Heights during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. We loved this facility, it was outstanding! The rooms were beautiful. Our tour guide was very professional. However, it's pricey and was out of our price range.

My parents lived in the assisted living and memory care areas. The staff were kind, patient and loving. My family always rested well knowing our parents were in very capable hands. [name removed] the executive director has such a passion and love in his heart for his residents and staff.

Our loved one had a very roomy apartment and the social activities are great! Lots to do! When it comes to the activities they have different areas they residents can stay engaged in. For Staying Connected they have things like morning share, happy hour, restaurant outings, pet therapy and shake a memory. For Stay Inspired they have painting class, spiritual services, cooking demos, live music and nature photography. For Staying Fit, they have Tai Chi, walking club, fitness dice, chair yoga, and relaxing massages. For Staying Sharp there is UNO, blackjack and Mexican Train dominoes, bingo, news & views, documentaries and trivia pub.

This is the best place for my brother as it is more like a hotel suite with therapy.

The best. From the beginning they provide a class A experience. The staff are incredible who really care. And the facility is very, very nice. We picked this community, because, for one, they provided clear up front pricing. The only place that did that. No other facilities would tell me the exact price, Keystone was very transparent about this. I would recommend to others.

They are very sweet and helpful, and they love their jobs so it's pleasant to be around them. Keystone Place at TeraBella was honestly the nicest one we visited in the area, it was very clean and beautiful and unforgettable. I would definitely recommend TerraBella to others.

I am very happy with the care mom gets from Seaside at Fort Myers. I'm super happy with all the changes made since the hurricane. Prior to the hurricane Seaside had multiple administrative changes and went through ALOT of changes some not so good. Since being back in Ft Myers the new changes have been great... I keep my fingers crossed this will continue

Seaside at fort Myers now offers an all female memory care community! This is unlike all the other offerings in the area. I am really impressed with the amenities that are offered, even for the memory care residents. They enjoy activities, outings, and educational classes.
