For me it was a 5 on all. My grandmother was insane and very hard to deal with. They were very understanding and very accommodating for a lady that couldn't be pleased. We saw the director and the manager pretty much daily and they were always nice.

They are a lovely place and my mom is thrilled to be there. Overall my mother is very satisfied with Brookdale Southside. The location is central to many shopping and grocery options. Decent amount of activities and outings are offered, and new residents are guided to dining, activities, not just left on their own with no clue about what to do. Bringing Mom here was a no brainier - she loves it here!
